7:02am A false alarm was received from the 900 block of Hopley Ave.

7:13am A male subject causing a disturbance in the 100 block of Schell Ave. was gone from the area before officers arrived.

11:20am Officers assisted a male subject with a locked vehicle in the 200 block of Hayes Ave.

11:44am A domestic dispute in the 400 block of E. Warren St. was mediated and officers stood by while one party retrieved belongings.

12:13pm A report of two juveniles fighting in the 200 block of Woodlawn Ave. was found to be boys playing.

1:58pm A junk vehicle notice was served in the 900 block of Earl St.

2:02pm A welfare check was made in the 1700 block of Marion Rd.

2:38pm A false alarm was received from the 700 block of W. Oakwood Ave.

3:36pm Joey Rankins, 29, was arrested on 4 warrants out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

3:52pm A written traffic warning was issued in the area of Laura and Lynne Avenue.

4:06pm A resident in the 1500 block of Melody Drive reported someone fraudulently opening a phone account using his information. Officers are investigating.

4:36pm A traffic citation was issued in the area of W. Southern Ave. and Wyandot Road.

5:11pm A resident in the 600 block of N. Lane Street reported his residence entered and a drill press stolen.

5:58pm Officers replaced some traffic cones in the roadway in the 300 block of S. Walnut Street.

6:00pm A parking complaint in the parking lot by the Moose and Library was investigated. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and moved the vehicle.

6:00pm A resident in the 400 block of E. Mansfield Street reported that someone entered into his residence.

6:31pm A report of a possibly intoxicated male stumbling in the 1100 block of E. Mansfield Street was reported and officers met with the pedestrian.

6:35pm A resident in the 500 block of S. Walnut Street reported theft of a guitar.

7:13pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at McDonalds.

7:29pm A report of a suspicious person in the area of the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. trying to flag over motorists was investigated.

7:36pm A report of young girls at Lions Field without supervision was reported. The children were reunited with their parents.

8:28pm A dispute between neighbors in the 1500 block of Woodlawn Avenue regarding dogs was mediated.

8:37pm A motorist at Dollar General turned over some pills found in the parking lot to an officer.

9:06pm A resident in the 500 block of Gay Street reported kids trying to turn on the water faucet at a neighbor’s house.

10:01pm A resident in the 800 block of N. Sandusky Avenue reported a bicycle stolen from the residence. It had been borrowed by someone she knows and was returned.

10:20pm A resident in the 1300 block of N. Sandusky Avenue reported possible trespass at her residence while she was gone this evening.

10:50pm Officers investigated a domestic violence issue in the 1200 block of E. Mansfield St. One of the parties involved had left the area and is being sought.

11:06pm Officers gave a warning to 3 bicyclists on E. Mansfield St. for no lights on their bicycles, and tandem riding on a single rider bicycle.

11:24pm A warning was given to a motorist at E. Rensselaer St. and S. Walnut St.

11:30pm A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of S. Walnut St.

11:49pm A resident in the 1300 block of N. Sandusky Ave. reported theft of a TV.

12:09am A resident in the 500 block of E. Rensselaer St. reported theft of a TV.

12:47am A traffic warning was given in the 200 block of S. Poplar St.

1:30am A resident in the 700 block of Beverly Dr. reported her vehicle mirror damaged.

1:52am Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle parked at the Friendship Bridge.

2:12am A 17 year old male was arrested near Plymouth St. and Sherman St. for curfew violation and juvenile possession of tobacco.

3:29am A 15 year old girl was arrested near E. Rensselaer St. and S. Lane St. for curfew violation and juvenile possession of tobacco.

5:28am Officers picked up an abandoned large green boys bicycle at the dead end of Norton Way.

5:42am A residential burglary in the 700 block of S. Walnut St. is under investigation.

7:34am An Earl St. resident reported a theft of fence from her yard.

8:43am A motorist received a verbal traffic warning in the 1700 block of Whetstone St.

10:33am A subject came on station to speak with an officer reference a domestic issue.

10:52am Officers were called to the 400 block of E. Warren St. reference a domestic dispute.

11:33am Officers investigated a domestic problem in the 600 block of S. Walnut St.

11:47am A report of a possible hit-skip accident was taken in the 800 block of High St.

11:57am A standby was made on Virginia Ave. for the Crawford County Humane Society.

12:08pm A subject spoke with an officer on Virginia Ave. reference her unruly juvenile.

12:09pm Two juvenile bicyclists were warned in the area of Harmon Field.

12:11pm A 911 hang up call was investigated in the 900 block of E. Warren St. A juvenile was warned against playing with the phone.

2:08pm A Wiley St. resident reported her debit card number stolen and used. Officers are investigating.

2:24pm A report of trespassers in the 800 block of S. Sandusky Ave. was investigated.

2:43pm Officers assisted a motorist in the area of Hopley and Walnut St.

2:51pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at Peacock Water.

2:55pm A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of N. Sandusky Av.

8:53pm A resident of Waterford Glen reported items stolen from the residence.

8:56pm A resident in the 200 block of E. Liberty Street reported a loose dog attacking her dog.

8:59pm A report of a fight in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

9:54pm A verbal traffic warning was issued in the area of Jump and Ann Street.

10:17pm A resident in the 900 block of Sherman Street reported a security light at the residence broken out.

10:35pm A ticket for loud music was issued to a resident in the 900 block of Elm Street.

11:30pm A report of suspicious males in the area of Rensselaer and Iron Street was investigated.

12:41am Officers assisted Shelby Police Department by making contact with a resident in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue.

5:57am A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 900 block of Whetstone Street.

6:23am The owner of the Daily Scoop reported windows broken at the business sometime over night.
