Sept. 29

7:03 a.m. – Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Hopley Av.

10:08 a.m. – Officers stood by for a property exchange in the 400 block of Hopley Av.

11:04 am – A Charles St. resident reported damage to his vehicle caused by rocks that fell from the railroad overpass on S. Highland Ave.

11:43 a.m. – Officers investigated a report of suspicious persons in the 900 block of Whetstone St. It was a contractor checking on the property.

12:09 p.m. – Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 600 block of S. Walnut St.

12:34 p.m – A report of a possible child abuse was made and is being investigated.

1:08 p.m. – A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of S. Spring St.

3:00 p.m. – Two income tax summons were served at the Police Department.

3:01 p.m. – A three car crash was investigated at Hopley and East St. One citation was issued and one vehicle was towed. EMS responded for a minor injury to one of the involved parties.

3:20 p.m. – Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

5:22 p.m. – Officers investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of Hopley Av.

5:57 p.m. – A possible protection order violation was investigated.

6:33 p.m. – A Wingert St. resident reported a theft.

6:39 p.m. – A disturbance in the 900 block of S. Highland was investigated.

7:14 p.m. – A report of a juvenile being assaulted was taken at the Police Department.

7:50 p.m. – A wallet turned in to the Police Department was returned to the owner.

8:13 p.m. – Officers checked on a reportedly suspicious person in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Av.

8:28 p.m. – A traffic warning was issued in the 100 block of S. Lane St.

8:51 p.m. – Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Warren St. A male was arrested on charges of selling, distributing drugs. He was issued a criminal summons and released with a pending court appearance.

8:58 p.m. – Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 200 block of Songer Av.

10:59 p.m. – An open line 9-1-1 call in the area of E. Beal Ave. and S. Walnut St. was not an emergency.

11:33 p.m. – Officers investigated a hit-skip accident involving a parked vehicle in the area of Prospect St. and Short St.

Sept. 30

12:42 a.m. – Officers responded to an alarm in the 900 block of Marion Rd. It was a false alarm.

5:29 a.m. – Officers responded to a medical alarm at Bucyrus Manor. The individual was fine.

5:44 a.m. – A resident in the 500 block of S. Walnut St. reported medication stolen.
