10:37 a.m.-A report of a stolen trailer in the 200 block of East Parsons Street was investigated.

6:25 p.m.-William T. Counts was issued a citation for driving under suspension on Portland Way North at Carter Drive.

7:22 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 200 block of West Parsons Street.

7:51 p.m.-A dispute between neighbors was investigated in the 300 block of North Columbus Street.

1:30 a.m.-A report of a suspicious man at Circle K was investigated. Matthew A. Knipp II was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

3:34 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 300 block of North Columbus Street.

10:39 a.m.-A report of a suspicious man in the 200 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

2:13 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 100 block of Easton Way.

2:51 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 100 block of Easton Way.

5:06 p.m.-Leanne Thorpe was issued a citation for speeding in the 300 block of Gelsanliter Road.

5:28 p.m.-A report of a suspicious man on Public Square was investigated.

6:59 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in the 400 block of Homer Street led to the arrest of Shane Piatt for operating a vehicle under the influence and obstructing.

10:56 p.m.-A Hensley Avenue resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

9:53 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of vandalism in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

11:21 a.m.- A report of a semi-truck striking the street signs in the area of Perry Street and Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

4:41 p.m.- Skyler Mease, 20, was arrested on charges of domestic violence from an incident yesterday afternoon. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

4:45 p.m.- Robert Fisher, 30, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

6:04 p.m.- A resident in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street reported her vehicle keyed.

6:33 p.m.- A driver in the area of Plymouth Street and Beverly Drive reported someone throwing cans at his vehicle causing damage.

7:55 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of South Lane Street was investigated.

8:13 p.m.- A disturbance in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

9:12 p.m.- A domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Wingert Street was investigated.

11:00 p.m.- A resident in the 800 block of South Poplar Street reported loud noises outside his residence.

11:01 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver was investigated.

2:40 a.m.- An attempted breaking and entering to a business in the 900 block of Marion Road was investigated.

4:02 a.m.- A resident in the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue reported someone throwing things at his home.
