Aug. 11
9:08 a.m.- An employee of Bucyrus City Schools reported a window broken at the Elementary School overnight.
11:09 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of suspicious persons in the area of Lynne Avenue. Those persons were with the county auditor’s office.
12:43 p.m.- Officers spoke with a juvenile that reportedly turned on an outdoor spigot at a neighbor’s residence and let it run.
2:19 p.m.- A private property accident report was taken at Kroger.
4:01 p.m.- A Mary Street resident report a theft from his bank account. The incident remains under investigation.
4:10 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems in the 1400 block of Whetstone Street.
5:36 p.m.- A report of vandalism was taken in the 300 block of Heritage Circle.
5:53 p.m.- A report of a lost wallet was taken.
6:26 p.m.- Officers investigated the report of a fight in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.
6:53 p.m.- Officers spoke to an unruly juvenile in the 900 block of Elm Street.
6:54 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of North Walnut Street.
7:42 p.m.- A report of juveniles pushing bicycles down a hill in the Sherman and Wilbur Street area was investigated. Officers advised them to stop ghost riding their bicycles down the hill.
8:05 p.m.- A report of a possibly sick feline near Kroger was investigated.
8:28 p.m.- Officers assisted a parent in the area of Bland Avenue and Monnett Street with children that were not listening to him.
8:30 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support with a male who had gotten his finger stuck inside a hot water bottle.
9:05 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 800 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
9:10 p.m.- Officers checked on the welfare of a canine in the 200 block of Penn Avenue.
9:23 p.m.- A report of an unwanted person at Bucyrus Estates was investigated. Officers stood by while keys were exchanged.
9:44 p.m.- A resident in the 100 block of West Liberty Street reported being threatened.
9:48 p.m.- A resident in the area of East Rensselaer Street reported being harassed by an ex-girlfriend.
9:56 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle at Harmon Field was investigated. The occupants were found to be just parked talking.
10:05 p.m.- A report of a light on in an unoccupied vehicle in the Beechgrove Road area was investigated.
10:24 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated male in the 200 block of Iron Street was investigated.
10:43 p.m.- A report of possible drug activity in the 800 block of Beverly Drive was investigated.
Aug. 12
12:37 a.m.- A report of a theft suspect at Walmart was investigated. The suspect had left before officers arrived.
1:01 a.m.- Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at Speedway.
1::01 a.m.- Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at Outhwaite Reservoir. The driver was found to be watching the meteor shower.
1:06 a.m.- Officers warned two female juveniles about curfew violation and escorted them home.
1:06 a.m.- Officers recovered a stolen vehicle in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
2:02 a.m.- Officers checked on a female walking in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
2:10 a.m.- A 17-year-old boy was arrested for curfew violation and disorderly conduct. He was released to his adult sister and will be contacted by Juvenile Court with a court date.
2:10 a.m.- Jacob Irwin, 18, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released with a pending court date.
