Thursday, April 25

12:09 a.m. — Police responded to a helped end a dispute, between famly members, about a vehicle in the 900 block of Charles Street.

1:01 a.m. — Someone playing Pokeman in a car in the 100 block of Zimmerman Avenue caught the interest of someone, who called police to report a suspicious vehicle.

3:52 a.m. — A caller reported a man carrying a big box in the 300 block of South Market Street was investigated.

4:05 a.m. — A suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Dawsett Avenue was investigated. Officers determined the owner of the vehicle is living in the vehicle.

4:13 a.m. — A caller reported a man sleeping on a bench downtown. The man told police he is homeless and he was referred to a place to get some help.

4:07 p.m. —A cell phone was reported stolen in the 8000 block of Millsboro Road.

4:41 p.m. — A possible assault was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

5:50 p.m. — A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of Portland Way South was received. The driver told police he was just resting before continuing his trip.

Wednesday, April 24

12:39 a.m. — A reported rape is being investigated.

4:19 a.m. — One man was arrested after a reported hit-skip on Tidd Drive.

1:27 p.m. — Officers assisted EMS personnel at Galion Middle School with a medical issue.

2:36 p.m. — A man having a medical problem in the 800 block of Harding Way East was taken to Galion Community Hospital.

5 p.m. — A woman was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of Easton Way.

Tuesday, April 23

2:20 a.m. — Galion Community Hospital personnel reported a patient leaving with a heart monitor and IV. The equipment was returned.

6:46 p.m. — A custody dispute was reported in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

8:05 p.m. — A report of a suspicious man in the Harding Way West area was investigated. The man is homeless and officers advised him to come to the station to pick up some food.

8:06 p.m. — A report of a threatened suicide was investigated.
