Bucyrus man charged with rape

BUCYRUS — A 61-year-0ld Bucyrus man charged with raping a 13-year-old was among those indicted recently by the March edition of the Crawford County Grand Jury.

William W. Butler, was charged with one first-degree felony count of rape, one third-degree felony count of unlawful second conduct with a minor, and one fourth degree felony count of gross sexual imposition. He faces up to 15½ years in prison if convicted on all charges.

Also indicted were two men arrested near Galion after a car crash near Ohio 598 and U.S. 30 on Feb. 18.

Cristian Manuel Rosado Matos, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, faces a first-degree felony charge of aggravated possession of drugs. Jose M. Cardona, also of Milwaukee, also faces a first-degree felony charge of aggravated possession of drugs. Both could serve up to 11 years in prison.

According to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, after responding to a call of a car in ditch, three men were arrested after police found, in the vehicle, two firearms, and nearly 1,800 pills suspected of being Oxycodone Hydrochloride, with a street value more than $60,000.

The third person arrested was not named in this indictment list.

Rex A. Beecham, fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs.

Robert F. Reynolds, fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs, fourth-degree misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cody J. Redmond, third-degree felony count of trafficking in drugs, two fourth-degree counts of trafficking in drugs, fifth-degree count of possession of drugs.

Destiny C. Skidmore, third-degree count of trafficking in drugs, two fourth-degree felony counts of trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs.

Jesse D. Baird, third-degree count of tempering with evidence, fifth-degree count of possession of drugs.

Alayah M. Cordle, fifth-degree count of possession of drugs, fourth-degree misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christina Cain, fifth-degree count of possession of drugs.

Jarod D. Brewington, third-degree felony count of burglary, fourth-degree felony count of burglary.

Troy A. Bowman, third-degree felony charge of illegal conveyance.

Stephanie M. King, fourth-degree felony charge of trafficking in drugs.

Michael A. Shick, fourth-degree felony charge of domestic violence.

Robert Heefner, fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs.

Jacob Patton. fourth-degree felony charge of improper handling of firearms.

Rachel M. Schwier, possession of drugs.

Richard M. Wisner, fourth-degree felony count of receiving stolen property.

Joshua A. Stockton, fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs, second-degree misdemeanor charge of possession of drug abuse instruments, fourth-degree count of possession of drug paraphernalia, minor misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.

Bonnie Hart, two fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs, first-degree misdemeanor count of falsification.

Curtis Newcome, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, minor misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.

Aaron Keister, fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs, minor misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana, minor misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

Amber Booher, theft, receiving stolen property, misuse of credit cards.

Ryan Miller, fifth-degree felony count of domestic violence.

Duane M. Lutz, fifth-degree felony charge of possession of drugs, fourth-degree misdemeanor charge 0f possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph T. Lewis, two fifth-degree felony counts of trafficking counterfeit controlled substance.

Michael L. Furness, fourth-degree felony count of domestic violence.

Mikel L. Knetter, third-degree felony count of domestic violence.

Matthew A. Keenan, fourth-degree felony count of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present .

Donald K. Johnson, second-degree count of felonious assault.

Dustin A. Hunt, fifth-degree felony charge of forgery, two first-degree misdemeanor counts of passing bad checks, minor misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property, misuse of credit cards.

Jeanette Fast, fifth-degree felony count of possession of drugs.

Theodore A. Britt, fourth-degree felony count of trafficking in drugs.

Edward L. Johnson, third-degree count of trafficking in drugs, third degree felony count of possession of heroin.

Cody Remond, one third-degree felony count of trafficking in drugs, two fourth-degree felony counts of trafficking in drugs and one fifth-degree felony charge of possession of drugs.

Destiny Skidmore, one third-degree felony count of trafficking in drugs, two fourth-degree felony counts of trafficking in drugs and one fifth-degree felony charge of possession of drugs.
