GALION — Galion Public Library will have an after-hours Teen Masquerade Party, from 7-9 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9. The event is open to students in grades 6-12. Costumes are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. Registration is required by Friday, Feb. 8.
