GALION — The postseason honors continue to come in for the Northmor Golden Knights. Multiple athletes on the baseball team picked up Central District honors, as well as All-Academic honors for their work done in the classroom. These individual efforts come with 18 wins this season as a team.

Max Lower represents the Golden Knights as being named honorable mention All-Ohio. Lower was named first-team Central District, too. Lower represented the Golden Knights in the Central District All-Star Game.

Lower smacked three home runs during his junior campaign and carried a stellar batting average of .482.

Joining Lower on the Central District is Grant Bentley, who also played in the all-star game. Bentley picked up first-team honors as well. Bentley had 26 hits, and 27 RBIs while batting .456 overall. As a pitcher, Bentley struck out 55 batters and carried a 5-3 record on the mound.

Griffin Workman was named second-team Central District, and played in the all-star game too. Workman allowed just 4 runs in 16 innings pitched. His teammate, Andrew Armrose, another all-star recipient, was an honorable mention. Armrose led the Knox Morrow Atheltic Conference with 33 RBIs

Armrose was joined by Mathew Kearns, Jack Sears, and Griffin Workman — who all were named to the Academic All-Ohio list.
