CRESTLINE — Colonel Crawford saw their most successful season in program history this year on the hardwood. The boys basketball team was regional runner-up and finished with a 26-1 record.

A large part in that success is a pair of their leaders. Head coach David Sheldon and senior point guard Mason Studer were honored for their seasons.

Sheldon was named the Northern 10 Coach of the Year. Eagles have now went back-to-back regular season without losing a game.

Studer was named the Northern 10 Player of the Year. Studer averaged 18 points, 5.7 assists, 6.4 rebounds and 2.9 steals a night. The senior did this whole shooting over 45 percent from three point land.

Carter Valentine joined Studer on the All-Northern 10 first team. The Ashland signed scored 17.7 points a night.

Junior Braxton Baker was named to the All-Northern 10 second team for the season he put together. Baker was third on the Eagles in scoring with 12 points a game.

Nolan McKibben made the All-Northern 10 honorable mention list.

On the girls basketball side of things, Kaylyn Risner was named to first team All-Northern 10, for the senior season she put together for Colonel Crawford. Risner was third in the conference in scoring at 16.5 points a game.

Mallory Plesac was named to the honorable mention All-Northern 10 list.
