Galion 14, Buckeye Valley 7

DELAWARE — The Galion Tigers headed south to Delaware to meet up with the Buckeye Valley Barons in the 2018 regular season finale.

The visitors would win the low-scoring battle by the final score of 14-7.

Galion would finish the regular season at 5-5 overall and wrap their Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference schedule at 3-4. As for the Barons, their 2018 yielded a 5-5 record as well, despite going 5-2 in the conference.

Carey 34, Colonel Crawford 19

NORTH ROBINSON — Colonel Crawford’s football squad was at home for their 2018 season finale and played host to the visiting Carey Blue Devils.

Unfortunately for the Eagles, their visitors would come away with the rain-soaked victory; 34-19. With the defeat, Crawford finishes the season at 5-5 overall while going 3-4 in the Northern-10 Athletic Conference. Carey wraps the regular season at 7-3, including 5-2 within the league.

Highland 38, Northmor 20

SPARTA — The Northmor Golden Knights were on the road to Sparta on Friday for week 10 football action against the hosting Highland Fighting Scots.

Both teams entered the finale headed for the postseason but first, they would clash for the Knox-Morrow Athletic Conference championship.

Highland would come out on top by a final score of 38-20, handing Northmor their first loss of the season while claiming the title. The Scots wrap the regular season at 9-1 overall and unscathed in the KMAC at 7-0. For the Golden Knights, they end the year at 9-1 overall which includes 6-1 in conference play.

Troy Christian 28, Crestline 7

CRESTLINE — The Crestline Bulldogs welcomed the Troy Christian Eagles to town for week 10 football action on Friday evening.

Troy Christian would earn the road victory, defeating the hosting ‘Dogs by a final score of 28-7.

Crestline’s season concludes with an overall mark of 4-6.
