Emily Kemper is Crawford’s Student of the Month

NORTH ROBINSON — Emily Kemper is the Colonel Crawford Student of the Month for October. She is a senior and the daughter of Chuck and Janet Kemper.

Emily is a member of National Honor Society and has earned three academic letters. She participates in Project BLACK, FCCLA, Younglife, Student Council, show choir Vision, and is president of the Leos Club.

As a member of the cross country and track teams, Emily has earned letters and was a cross country all-county all-star. She attended Buckeye Girls State and is a junior volunteer at Galion Community Hospital. She attends Crestline St. Joseph Church where she is a Mass server. Emily plans to attend a four-year college to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.

The senior and her mother were guests of the Colonel Crawford Lions at their October dinner meeting. Emily received a commemorative certificate and a check for $50.

The students of the month are voted on by the Colonel Crawford High School staff. The program is sponsored by the Colonel Crawford Lions.
