6:49am Officers picked up a license plate in the 500 block of Hopley Avenue. The owner of the plate was notified.

7:28am A report of a suspicious person in the 100 of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

10:35am A parking citation was issued in the 800 block of South Spring Street.

2:11pm An Elm Street resident reported receiving threats from someone she knows.

2:15pm A double parking complaint on Washington Square was checked and assistance provided for the vehicles to move.

4:17pm A report of an intoxicated person stumbling in the road was investigated in the 100 block of North Lane Street.

5:40pm Two income tax summons were issued in the 300 block of Hopley Avenue.

5:40pm Rickey Beck, was arrested in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date to appear and released. He was also served one income tax summons.

6:03pm A parking complaint was checked in the 700 block of East Oakwood Avenue and the vehicle had left the area.

6:05pm Officers attempted to serve tax summons.

6:46pm A report of an intoxicated female was reported in the area of Lane and Warren Streets. The female was released to a sober person.

7:07pm A report of a domestic disturbance was mediated at Woodbine Apartments.

7:13pm A trespassing complaint was investigated in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

7:30pm Officer responded to a report of two individuals creating a disturbance in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street. The subjects left the area.

7:54pm A report of two vehicles stuck near the Sandusky River at Waterford Glen was unfounded.

8:46pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at Walmart.

10:21pm Officers assisted a female experiencing emotional issues in the 500 block of Failor Street.

11:54pm A traffic warning was given in the area of South Walnut and East Charles Streets.

March 17

12:16am A traffic warning was given in the area of East Mansfield and Whetstone Streets.

12:30am Michael Spaulding, 34, Willard, was arrested from a traffic stop in the 1200 block of East Mansfield Street for obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana and cited for speeding. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond.

2:05am A traffic warning was given in the area of Marion Road and Allen Avenue.

4:54am A traffic warning was given in the area of West Southern and Harris Avenues.

5:02am Officers served a city income tax summons on Marion Road.

6:08am A resident in the 400 block of East Lucas Street reported receiving harassing phone calls.
