10:18am A false alarm was received from the 1500 block of Whetstone Street.

10:52am Officers picked up two syringes in the 100 block of West Irving Street.

11:06am A disturbance in the 900 block of Reid Street was investigated.

12:35pm Subjects came on station to discuss a possible theft with an officer.

12:38pm A disturbance in the 300 block of Wiley Street was investigated.

1:53pm A parking complaint in the 200 block of Inez Street was investigated.

2:43pm Officers investigated the report of a possible fraud in the 400 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

5:08pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 1500 block of Isaac Beal Road.

4:20pm A report of an injured cat was investigated on South Walnut Street.

4:29pm A report of a dog running at large in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

5:15pm A summons in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street for a prior incident.

5:53pm A report of a hit-skip accident was taken on Plymouth Street.

6:09pm A parking complaint was issued in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.

9:03pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 1000 block of East Beal Avenue.

8:27pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 900 block of Harris Avenue.

8:32pm Austin Haycook, 19, was arrested on Whetstone Street on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and a summons to appear in court and released.

8:52pm One income tax summons was issued in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.

9:03pm A report of suspicious person in the 100 block of Hill Street was investigated.

10:04pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 800 block of Rogers Street.

10:38pm Officers assisted Life Support at IB Tech.

11:36pm A report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of Wilbur Street was investigated.

March 9

12:38am Officers responded to an alarm in the 400 block of South Walnut Street.

12:47am Officers on patrol were advised of drug paraphernalia laying in the 500 block of Rogers Street. The item was disposed of properly.

2:55am Jerry Brown, 46, was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.
