1:49 p.m.-William Kochheiser, 57, Bucyrus, was arrested in the 1300 block of Harding Way East on a warrant for failure to appear.

Feb. 20

9:57 a.m.-Thomas F. Wilson, Marengo, was arrested for possession of drugs.

8:44 p.m.-Kurdt A. Rhodes, Mansfield, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence.

11:41 p.m.-Kristine L. Turner, 44, Galion, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and failure to yield.
