7:11am A report of a tanker truck leaking fluid on South Sandusky Avenue was received, and was unfounded.

8:03am An overtime parking complaint in the 800 block of South East Street was investigated.

10:31am Officers attempted to serve summons on West Mary Street.

11:21am Three income tax summons were served at the station.

12:44pm A report of suspicious activity in the 800 block of Kaler Avenue was investigated.

12:54pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 500 block of South East Street.

12:55pm A false alarm was received from the Forrest Hills Court area.

1:23pm Four income tax summons were served at the station.

2:01pm Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver on Hopley Avenue. The driver was not located.

3:38pm A report of someone ice fishing at Riley Reservoir was received. The subject was located and was fine.

3:48pm Six income tax summons were served at the police department.

4:03pm A resident in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street reported someone attempting to get in a door to her residence. There was no damage or people located in the area.

4:32pm Officers assisted Crawford County Children’s Services in the 1400 block of Whetstone Street.

4:45pm A traffic warning was issued on North Lane Street.

5:41pm A resident in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street reported someone using her information to open a Verizon phone account. Officers are investigating.

5:49pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of her vehicle at the Insta-Clean Car Wash.

6:30pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of East Warren and Failor Streets.

6:36pm A traffic warning was issued on East Mary Street.

6:51pm Officers received a dog bite complaint from an individual being treated at the hospital. Report forwarded to county health department.

7:06pm Two income tax summons were served in the 900 block of Whetstone Street.

7:50pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of West Mansfield and Perry Street.

8:49pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Plymouth and North Sandusky Avenue.

9:31pm Jonathon Dible, 30, was arrested on two warrants out of Crawford County. He was released with a court date after posting bond.

9:40pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle at the Crawford County Conservation League.

9:49pm Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 1000 block of East Southern Avenue. Trisha Lewis, 22, was arrested for domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance. Machalia Durfee, 24, was arrested on warrants out of Richland County and Mansfield Police Department. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await pick up.

9:55pm Officers conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.

Feb. 18

12:26am Traffic stop in the 1000 block of East Beal Avenue. Kyle Love, 21, was arrested for possession of marijuana and cited for no driver’s license. He was issued a criminal misdemeanor citation and issued a traffic citation and released with a court date.

1:51am A report of loud music in the 500 block of South Spring Street was unfounded.

1:52am A traffic warning was given in the Marion Road area.

3:40am Officers on patrol checked on subjects working on a disabled vehicle on Osman Street.

4:35am Officers served four city income tax summonses in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.

6:37am Officers assisted a disabled motorist at Heritage Circle and a tow truck was summoned.
