ARREST REPORT FOR 5/16/22 – 5/22/22

May 17: A 33 year old male was arrested on a charge of domestic violence. This incident took place on State Route 309.

May 19: Three 18 year old’s and a 19 year old were arrested for underage consumption, this happened on Harding Way East.

May 19: Four 18 year old males were arrested, at different locations, for underage consumption.

May 20: A 67 year old male was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct while intoxicated, as well as resisting arrest. This report took place on Fairview Avenue.

May 20: A 31 year old Galion man was arrested on W. Railroad St.

May 21: A 56 year old male was arrested on a report of disorderly conduct while intoxicated on Atwood Street.

May 20

A vehicle was pulled over around 5 a.m. for speeding on North Market Street. The driver was issued a verbal warning.

There was a report made by a vehicle owner that their car window was smashed. A report was taken on East Church Street.

A female made a phone harassment complaint on Cedargate Court. The male said he would not be calling anymore.

Police took a report of identity theft on Harding Way East.

There was a report made of a student walking home from school on East Church Street was bit by a dog.

A caller reported a male threw a dog, as well as kicked it, on Pounder Avenue. Police checked the area, but did not find the person.

There was a non-injury accident on West Church Street. A male was cited for driving without a license, the female was cited for failure to yield.

Police found a male slumped over his wheel on West Railroad Street. The male was arrested on a warrant out of Morrow County.

May 21

There was a fight reported on Sixth Avenue. When police arrived, a person confirmed it was only verbal.

A report was made of a woman outside yelling and cussing on Harding Way East. The woman advised police she would go inside with her phone call.

May 22

A Moto Mart worker reported she found a bag of marijuana in the parking lot. Police took the information for a report.

On Richardson Avenue a male reported he was being harassed over the phone by his brother. Police advised the brother to stop contacting the caller.

A vehicle was reported to be on fire near State Route 61 and US Route 30. Crestline was contacted to handle, since it was in the jurisdiction.
