Dig Into Safety ends April 29

COLUMBUS — Columbia Gas launched its annual Dig Into Safety program that offers fun and free activities for families. Families can participate by downloading and completing fun activity sheets; the first 1,000 participants will receive a $5 Dairy Queen Gift card.

Even better, all entries will be entered to win a year’s worth of ice cream. Here is a link to the program: www.columbiagasohio.com/digintosafety

Complete and return all three activity sheets, and the first 1,000 entries will receive a $5 e-gift card to Dairy Queen. Submissions are accepted through April 29, 2022, and one of those entries will be randomly selected to win a year’s worth of ice cream – a $250 Dairy Queen e-gift card!

The program and activity sheets teach an important natural gas safety lesson all adults and kids should know: if you smell the sulfur-like, rotten egg odor of natural gas, STOP what you’re doing, LEAVE the area immediately, and CALL 911 and Columbia Gas.
