4:44am Officers responded to an alarm in the 800 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

4:54am Officers responded to an alarm in the 3600 block of State Route 4 North.

8:33am A report of a suspicious vehicle in the Huggins Subdivision was investigated.

9:58am Officers looked for a vehicle that reportedly ran over orange cones in the parking lot the 300 block of Hopley Ave. No damage caused and the vehicle was not located.

11:26am A false alarm was received from the 200 block of Franklin Ct.

12:05pm Officers assisted a subject in entering their locked vehicle in the 100 block of N. Lane St.

2:00pm Officers are investigating a report of multiple people attempting to cash forged checks at People’s Savings & Loan.

2:30pm Officers assisted a subject in entering their locked vehicle in the 1500 block of Isaac Beal Rd.

2:50pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Dollar General.

3:12pm A resident in the 1500 block of E. Mansfield Street reported a theft of a television.

4:36pm Officers delivered a DV release notification to the 1300 block of High Street.

5:23pm An overtime parking complaint in the 600 block of Virginia Avenue was investigated.

5:52pm A resident in the 800 block of S. Spring Street reported someone at the residence who would not leave. They were gone when officers arrived.

6:02pm A resident on Heritage Circle reported someone attempting to scam him out of $1450. The caller advised that someone called him claiming that his grandson was in jail in New York and needed to be bailed out. He did not give them any credit card information, but wanted to make other people aware of the scam.

6:20pm A false alarm at New Day Ministries was investigated.

6:48pm A domestic disturbance in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated and assistance rendered to the involved parties.

7:17pm Officers assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle on Marion Road.

7:18pm A resident in the 1700 block of Marion Road reported her son receiving threatening messages.

Dec. 22

1:04am A male was cited for driving under suspension in the area of Plymouth St. and Wingert St.

1:21am Officers spoke to a male in the 800 block of E. Rensselaer St. who stated he was being bothered by an ex-girlfriend.

2:00am A traffic warning was given in the 600 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

5:58am Officers responded to an alarm in the 800 block of Hopley Ave.

8:14am Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the Washington Square area.

10:11am An abandoned bike found in the 300 block of Southern Ave. was brought to the station.

1:16pm A report of an erratic driver in the area of Marion Rd. was investigated and the suspect vehicle was located and the driver was sober.

1:24pm A Tiffin St. resident reported trespassing into her vehicle and a stereo system was reported stolen.

1:56pm Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of S. East St.

3:10pm A report of subjects in a trailer without permission was investigated in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street. The trailer owner was contacted and the people had permission to be there.

4:18pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of N. Sandusky and Crossroads Blvd.

4:22pm A disturbance in the 600 block of E. Rensselaer was reported from earlier today.

4:31pm A two vehicle non-injury crash in the area of E. Mansfield and E. Mary Street was investigated and a citation was issued.

5:42pm An employee at Sears reported someone shoplifted a drill from the store.

5:45pm A two vehicle non-injury crash in the area of Sandusky and Oakwood Avenue was investigated.

6:28pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Walnut and Hopley Avenue.

6:45pm A report of a male panhandling at Circle K was investigated.

11:05pm A motorist reported being followed by an unknown vehicle.

11:53pm A traffic warning was given in the area of N. Lane St. and E. Mary St.

12:00am A traffic warning was given in the 200 block of E. Charles St.

12:41am Officers attempted to locate a subject with a warrant in the north end of the city.

1:22am A traffic warning was given in the 600 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

1:49am A traffic warning was given in the area of Hill St. and Tiffin St.

2:06am A report of a suspicious male in the 500 block of Wedgewood Court was found to be a delivery person.

3:35am A resident at Morgan Manor reported his vehicle vandalized.

4:16am A traffic warning was given in the area of N. Sandusky Ave. and Mary St.
