Police arrested a male subject on suspicion of domestic violence, unlawful restraint, and obstructing official business after responding to a incident in the 100 block of North Riblet Street.

Police arrested a female subject on suspicion of disorderly conduct after responding to an incident in the 200 block of Portland Way North. The female was intoxicated and causing a disturbance.

Oct. 22

Police arrested a female subject on suspicion of operating a vehicle while under the influence following a traffic stop in the city.

Police issued a citation for excessive speed to a motorist following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of North Market Street.

Police investigated a case of alleged breaking and entering that was reported in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue. Individual told officers that a known female subject allegedly stole a bag of clothes out of a storage shed. Police took information for a report.

Police investigated a case of alleged theft that was reported in the 500 block of Galion Arms Court. Individual reported that two known female subjects allegedly stole a tool bag from him. Police took information for a report.

Police arrested a male subject who was wanted on a felony warrant issued in Crawford County after responding to a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in the 7700 block of State Route 309. A female subject was injured in the crash. Police transported the male subject to the Crawford County Jail.

Police detained two juveniles accused of allegedly attempting to break into a residence in the 600 block of South Boston Street. Both juveniles were released into the custody of their parents/guardians. Police took information for a report.

Police arrested a male subject on suspicion of disorderly conduct after responding to a report of a domestic dispute in the 300 block of North Market Street. The male was intoxicated and causing a disturbance.

Police issued a citation for excessive speed and a loud exhaust system to a motorist following a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Street.

Police investigated a case of alleged vandalism that was reported in the 200 block of Eighth Avenue. A window was broken by unknown subjects. Police took information for a report.

Police issued a verbal warning for trespassing to a male subject after investigating a report of a suspicious person in the 800 block of Harding Way West.

Police investigated a case of alleged theft that was reported in the 100 block of Harding Way East. Restaurant owner said a female subject left without paying for a meal. Police made contact with the female subject who said she was going back to pay for the meal. Police advised the female that she was being trespassed from the location. Police took information for a report.

Police issued a citation for operating a vehicle under the influence following a traffic stop on State Route 19. Police received a report of a reckless driver and responded to the scene where they made the traffic stop.
