Oct. 30

7:28am A report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was investigated. The individual was fine.

11:43am A report of possible child abuse or an unruly juvenile domestic issue in the area of Spring and Charles was investigated.

1:32pm A sick cat was reported in a back yard in the 600 block of E. Rensselaer St. The cat ran away.

2:37pm An income tax summons was served on station.

3:03pm Officers took a crash report at Jump and Perry Streets. There were no injuries and a citation was issued.

3:55pm A Plymouth St. resident reported breaking and entering. Officers are investigating.

4:47pm A report of two young juveniles unsupervised in the area of Heritage Circle was unfounded. A parent was with them.

5:32pm 13 year old juvenile, Madison Kildow, was reported missing. She is 5 feet tall, 85 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink hoody sweatshirt with Aeropostale on the sleeves, black sweatpants with Love in white lettering going down the leg and white, black and red high top tennis shoes. She was located by an officer on 11/1/2015 in the 800 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

7:24pm Officers assisted with a fire alarm at Kettle Run Apts. A resident had been grilling outside their apartment.

7:41pm A report of a suspicious male in the 200 block of E. Mary St. was unfounded. Officers checked the area and did not locate anyone matching the description.

8:08pm Officers assisted Life Support in the 1400 block of Whetstone St.

8:28pm Officers conducted a welfare check at Bucyrus Plaza.

8:36pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 700 block of S. Poplar St.

9:46pm A report of people trespassing in the 700 block of Hopley Ave. was checked. It was found to be a neighbor whose dog had gotten loose and he was retrieving it.

10:30pm A report of loud music in the 500 block of E. Mansfield St. was resolved by residents turning the volume down.

11:11pm Officers assisted a resident at Morgan Manor with an unruly juvenile.

11:29pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 700 block of Tiffin St. Community Counseling services assisted the involved parties.

11:40pm A report of a disorderly patron at the Horseshoe was checked. The individual had left the area.

12:02am A traffic warning was given in the area of Washington Square.

12:09am A traffic warning was given in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

12:17am A traffic warning was given in the 200 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

1:17am A traffic warning was given in the 700 block of Tiffin St.

1:19am A traffic warning was given in the 600 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

1:30am A traffic warning was given in the area of N. Poplar St. and W. Mary St.

1:32am A traffic warning was given in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

1:51am A traffic waning was given in the area of Victoria Dr. and Mary Ann Lane.

1:58am A male was cited for driving under suspension in the 300 block of E. Mansfield St.

2:20am A report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Ave. was investigated. The vehicle was located and the driver found to be unimpaired.

4:37am A resident in the 100 block of Franklin St. reported someone hitting his home with their fists.

5:21am Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 200 block of E. Rensselaer St. Heidi J. Leonhardt, 39, was arrested for Domestic Violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance. Sean Burke, 34, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was issued with 2 minor misdemeanor citations and released with a pending court date.

7:32am A report of a suspicious male loitering in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was checked and the individual left the area.

8:00am A false alarm was investigated in the 800 block of S. Poplar St.

9:03am A false alarm was investigated at Countryside Vet Clinic.

9:43am An E. Southern Av. resident reported their residence entered. Money and medication were reported missing.

12:20pm A disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Monnett St.

3:25pm Traffic Stop in the 200 block of S. Highland Ave. and the driver was cited for drug possession.

3:37pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle on Woodlawn Av.

3:37pm A false alarm was investigated in the 200 block of Woodlawn Ave.

3:40pm A disturbance was investigated in the 1100 block of Monnett St.

3:51pm A report of vandalism was unfounded in the 500 block of Failor St.

4:04pm A traffic warning was issued on S. Highland Av.

4:38pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Whetstone and John St.

5:26pm A traffic citation for peeling and squealing tires was issued in the area of Poplar and Rensselaer St.

6:38pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 400 block of E. Warren St.

7:00pm A false alarm was investigated at the Golf Club of Bucyrus.

7:24pm A suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 1600 block of Marion Rd.

7:53pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Hopley and Oakwood Av.

7:58pm A traffic warning was issued in the 1100 block of E. Mansfield St.

8:07pm A 911 hang up call was investigated in the 300 block of Jump St. It was an accidental call by a child.

8:08pm Paula Blankenship, 38, was arrested in the 300 block of E. Mansfield St. on charges of Disorderly conduct. She was issued a citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

8:36pm A report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the 100 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was checked.

9:06pm A traffic warning was given in the area of Hopley Ave. and Whetstone St.

10:17pm James Amos, 31, was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct in the 600 block of N. Sandusky Ave. and he was transported to Crawford County Jail to be held until sober.

10:28pm Officers checked a hang up 9-1-1 call in the 900 block of E. Mansfield St. and the call was dialed accidentally.

11:14pm A resident in the 1200 block of Teddy Ave. reported a pumpkin smashed on her vehicle.

11:47pm A traffic citation was issued in the area of E. Warren St. and Wiley St. for a stop sign violation.

11:58pm A report of someone yelling in the alley in the 200 block of Whetstone St. was unfounded.

Nov. 1

12:19am A traffic warning was given in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield St.

12:55am A report of 2 males who appeared as if they were about to fight in the city lot off of N. Poplar St. was checked.

1:05am A resident in the 500 block of W. Charles St. reported a suspicious person in her back yard. No one was located in the area.

1:30am A report of a male and female arguing in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Ave. was checked and the subjects had left the area.

1:35am Officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of N. Poplar St. and Aacin Webb, 19, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

1:38am Traffic stop on W. Southern Ave. at S. Sandusky Ave. and one adult male was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence.

1:42am A report of people yelling in the 100 block of Franklin St. was a verbal dispute that had ended.

1:45am Officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of W. Mansfield St. for Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

3:26am A W. Mansfield St. resident reported their vehicle vandalized overnight.

6:56am A Waterford Glen resident reported a theft from her home.

7:31am Officers assisted Life Support in the 100 block of Wayne Ave.

8:17am Thomas B Warren, 38, was arrested on active Crawford County warrants in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield St. He was released pending a court appearance.

8:31am Officers issued a parking warning in the Walmart parking lot.

8:37am A false alarm was received from the area of Lutz Dr.

10:21am Officers checked on a disabled motorist in the intersection of Walmart and Mary St.

12:36pm Officers took a report of harassment on station.

12:37pm A motorist was assisted in entering her locked vehicle in the 200 block of Plymouth St.

2:28pm Officers took a dog bite complaint at Bucyrus Community Hospital.

2:37pm Officers assisted OSP on State Route 4.

3:09pm A request for a civil standby was completed in the 900 block of Elm St.

3:15pm One income tax summons was issued at the Police Department.

3:25pm A verbal warning was issued for loud music in the 1000 block of Wingert St.

4:25pm A report of subjects trespassing in the 400 block of W. Rensselaer St. was investigated.

4:55pm A traffic warning was issued on Marion Rd.

6:40pm Officers in the 800 block of N. Sandusky Ave. arrested a juvenile reported missing out of Crawford County. She was released to her parent.

6:46pm A report of suspicious persons in the 300 block of W. Mansfield St was investigated.

6:50pm One income tax summons was served at the Police department.

7:00pm A disturbance in the 100 block of W. Mansfield St. was investigated.

7:17pm A traffic warning was issued in the 200 block of S. Sandusky Av.

7:23pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of E. Mansfield and Highland Av.

7:37pm A traffic citation was issued in the 800 block of E. Mary St.

9:10pm Traffic warning issued at S. Walnut St. and E. Center St.

9:30pm traffic warning issued on Marion Rd.

9:35pm Officer checked on two reportedly suspicious vehicles at the shopping plaza at Hopley Ave. and Washington St.; the vehicles had left the area.

10:01pm Traffic warning issued on N. Sandusky Ave. at Irving St.

10:07pm Alarm checked in the 100 block of Stetzer Rd., found to be a false alarm.

10:10pm Traffic warning issued on S. Sandusky Ave. at Warren St.

12:12am Officer checked on a reported suspicious person in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave., it was a disabled motorist waiting on towing assistance.

12:43am False alarm checked in the 100 block of Stetzer Rd.

1:22am Welfare check in the 600 block of S. Sandusky Ave., the individual was fine.

1:43am 911 hang up call was checked in the vicinity of W. Southern Ave., Wyandot Rd. and Krauter Rd., no emergency located.

2:27am Welfare check and message delivered for a resident of Bucyrus Plaza that had fallen.
