The Galion Public Library will be celebrating Halloween from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 31. Activities for kids of all ages, including special Halloween storytimes from 11 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Stop in for some fun crafts, a scavenger hunt and some Halloween goodies. Costumes are encouraged, but not required.
