11:15am A private property accident report was taken in the 800 block of Plymouth St.
12:40pm A motorist was given a verbal warning for equipment in the 400 block of N. Lane St.
12:52pm A W. Warren St. resident reported her vehicle damaged overnight.
1:32pm A traffic citation was issued in the area of Oakwood and Poplar Street.
2:01pm A report of a suspicious vehicle on Hopley Ave. was investigated. The vehicle was not located.
2:37pm Officers assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle in the area of Walnut and Rensselaer Street. The vehicle was pushed out of traffic and the driver had help coming.
2:42pm Crystal Minamyer, 34, was arrested on a charge of Drug Abuse Instruments. She was issued a summons and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center.
3:10pm A report of a speeding motorcycle and unlicensed mini bike on Wayne Avenue was investigated.
3:40pm A verbal traffic warning was issued on E. Mary Street.
3:47pm Misty Dyer, 23, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. She was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
3:59pm Officers spoke to a subject at the Police Department about drug issues.
4:24pm A report of kids disrupting traffic in the area of E. Southern and Rogers Street was investigated.
4:32pm A report of a suspicious person at Aumiller Park was investigated. He was just waiting for a friend.
7:17pm Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.
9:18pm A report of loud music in the 1000 block of Wingert Street was investigated.
10:01pm Officers checked Washington Square for a subject with an active warrant.
11:13pm Officers assisted an employee of IB Tech locked out of their vehicle.

12:41am A report of an injured dog in the 1500 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was investigated. The Crawford County Humane Society was contacted and transported the dog for treatment.
