BUCYRUS — Be SMART for Kids, a gun safety program, will be featured at the Mid-Ohio Progressives meeting at 6 p.m. Sept. 25 at the Bucyrus Public Library.

The presentation will be given by a member of Moms Demand Action, a grassroots movement fighting for responsible gun ownership and public safety measures that can protect people from gun violence. In addition to the Be SMART presentation, Crawford County Sheriff Scott Kent will speak on the upcoming renewal levy request for criminal justice services.
