RICHLAND COUNTY — Ohio 96 just west of Shelby, at the Richland/Crawford County line, is closed for an emergency culvert replacement.

The detour route for westbound motorists is SR 96 to SR 39, west on SR 39 to SR 598, south on SR 598 to SR 96, and reverse for eastbound motorists.

The road is expected to reopen Aug. 12.
