8:30pm Angela Herod, 47, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

10:01pm Evan Madden, 24, was arrested on 2 warrants out of Richland County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for transport.
