Wednesday, Oct. 10

5:02 a.m. — A Poplar Street resident reported when they went to get into their vehicle, a person was inside. That person was arrested for disorderly conduct.

7:15 a.m. — A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 200 block of Dawsett Avenue.

8:28 a.m. — Officers assisted EMS with a man that fell and was injured in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.

9:14 a.m. — A welfare check was conducted in the 900 block of Smith Street.

9:25 a.m. — A welfare check was conducted in the 800 block of South Street.

12:02 p.m. — A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 400 block of Portland Way North.

1:20 p.m. — An employee of Old Moe’s Gas Station reported receiving counterfeit money.

3:04 p.m. — A welfare check was conducted in the 1000 block of Charles Street and everything was fine.

3:54 p.m. — A report of theft of utilities was investigated in the 300 block of North Market Street.

4:49 p.m. — A Portland Way North resident reported toys stolen out of her yard.

5:50 p.m. — A report of the theft of a Bible, photo album and important papers from a bag in the 600 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

9:10 p.m. — A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1500 block of Trachsel Place.

10 p.m. — A welfare check was conducted on a juvenile in the 800 block of Charles Street. He was picked up by a relative.

11:42 p.m. — A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

7:13 a.m. — A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 200 block of Dawsett Avenue.

1:18 p.m. — A person turned over a substance that is believed to be heroin for proper disposal.

6:56 p.m. — A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 600 block of North Market Street.

8:18 p.m. — A resident reported receiving a voicemail that is a scam. They were referred to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.

11:17 p.m. — A First Avenue resident reported a suspicious person dressed as a clown walking around their residence. Officers did not locate anyone.

Monday, Oct. 8

12:45 a.m. — A report of juveniles making noise in the 600 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.

8:54 a.m. — A Grove Avenue resident reported their truck hit by an unknown vehicle in the 600 block of Grove Avenue.

10:14 a.m. — An employee of the city’s meter department requested the assistance of officers in the 300 block of North Market Street.

1:43 p.m. — Employees at Discount Drug Mart reported a shoplifter was in the office and they wanted to press charges.

8:19 p.m. — A Third Avenue resident reported a Craftsman push lawnmower stolen from their property.

10:32 p.m. — A report of a group of suspicious people in the 300 block of Second Avenue was investigated.
