A Galion man was arrested Thursday night and charged with possession of heroin following a traffic stop.
According to reports, Detectives from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and Galion Police Department SIU team conducted a traffic stop on Homer Street at Grove Avenue in Galion.
Officials said drug paraphernalia was recovered during the traffic stop and the driver, Tony Evans, 44, 330 Homer St. Galion, was arrested on a fifth-degree felony possession of heroin charge.
Evans was transported to the Crawford County Jail and held pending a court appearance.
