Megan Dauchenbaugh, 21, 606 E Oakwood Ave. was arrested Monday in the 200 block of Hopley Ave and charged with possession of drugs, according to police reports.
Robert Paynter, 43, 1734 Marion Rd was also arrested on an active warrant out of Crawford County, officials indicated, adding they were both taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending court appearances.
