BUCYRUS – In honor of International Overdose Awareness Day, a rally will be held at the Crawford County Courthouse from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday. The event will feature several speakers, information and a shoe memorial in honor of those lost to drugs. The event is free and open to the public.
