7:02am A report of vandalism to a vehicle was investigated in the 500 block of S. Walnut St.

10:25am Brett Crabtree, 41, Jackson, Ohio, was arrested at the PD on warrants out of Crawford and Ottawa Counties.

11:13am Employees of Ondego, 1825 E. Mansfield St. reported a theft of a license plate.

12:03pm Officers investigated a report of a juvenile patron causing a disturbance in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

1:07pm Officers assisted a resident in removing a bat out of the house in the 200 block of Hayes Ave.

1:10pm Officers assisted a motorist with a vehicle lockout in City Lot 3.

1:23pm Officers did a welfare check on a child in the 700 block of Beverly Dr.

1:33pm Officers resolved a disturbance regarding a juvenile custody dispute in the 500 block of E. Charles St.

3:11pm Officers checked a 911 hang up call in the area of Waterford Glen. It was a misdial during programming a phone.

3:25pm A two vehicle crash was investigated at Beal and Marion Rd. No injuries reported and a citation was issued.

3:29pm A domestic dispute involving child custody was investigated in the 900 block of Whetstone St.

4:41pm Officers retrieved property found in a vehicle in the 300 block of N. Sandusky Avenue.

4:44pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of her vehicle in the 800 block of N. Sandusky Avenue.

4:59pm Officers assisted a citizen with an escort.

5:13pm Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver and one income tax summons was served in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

5:47pm Officers assisted EMS in the 1600 block of Marion Rd.

6:16pm A resident in the 200 block of Bland Avenue reported a bicycle stolen.

6:25pm Officer assisted Adult Probation with a prisoner transport.

6:47pm Three income tax summons were served in the 500 block of S. Spring Street.

7:52pm A traffic warning was issued in the 200 block of E. Mary Street.

7:57pm Three income tax summons were served to inmates at the Crawford County Justice Center.

8:48pm Officers assisted EMS in the 400 block of W. Warren Street.

9:04pm Officers checked on a disabled vehicle in the area of Marion and Arch Drive. The driver already had someone coming to assist.

9:08pm A report of a vehicle hit while parked in the 100 block of W. Irving Street was investigated.

9:27pm A resident in the 300 block of Wiley Street reported a burglary.

9:34pm Larry Aaron Makeever, 23, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant, Resisting Arrest and Drug Paraphernalia. He was issued summons for two of the charges and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court on the warrant.

9:36pm A disturbance in the 800 block of Cleland Street was resolved with an escort of an involved party to a third party.

10:29pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of E. Warren and Sandusky Avenue.

10:46pm A suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block of N. Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

11:10pm A hit-skip accident in the 400 block of W. Mansfield Street was investigated.

Aug. 20

1:09am Officers checked an apartment at Bucyrus Plaza after the resident thought she heard noises from her attic. Nothing was located.

4:51am Officers assisted a motorist at Walmart locked out of her vehicle.

5:45am A traffic warning was issued in the area of Rensselaer and Poplar Street.

7:24am Officer assisted with traffic control in the 300 block of S. Sandusky Ave.
