7:05am Employees of Ryder Heil Bronze, 126 E. Irving reported vandalism.

7:52am A false alarm from Randy’s Tire, 1000 N. Sandusky was checked.

7:59am Officers investigated a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Marion Rd.

8:18am Officers investigated a report of stolen medication in the 100 block of Wayne Ave.

8:24am Officers received report of a gasoline drive off from the 600 block of S. Sandusky Ave. The vehicle owner was contacted and returned to the station to pay.

9:09am Minor misdemeanor citations were issued to a 22yr old man and a 19yr old woman for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, in the 100 block of Wayne Ave.

9:50am A report of several sheep on the street in the 1100 block of W. Mansfield St. was handled. The flock was rounded up.

11:17am Joshua Albright, 20, Bucyrus, was located on Wilber St. and arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. Albright is being held pending a court appearance.

12:17pm Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 300 block of W. Mansfield St.

12:36pm An officer was called to Kroger to investigate a shoplifting.

1:23pm A false alarm was received from the 1600 block of Whetstone St.

2:33pm A motorist was issued a warning ticket in the area of Auto and Whetstone.

2:56pm A warning ticket was issued in the area of Beal and Hopley Ave.

3:05pm A parking complaint involving a parade float in the 100 block of E. Mansfield St. was checked and the owner moved the vehicle.

3:24pm Officers investigated a report of a bike stolen in the 1300 block of High St.

3:36pm A motorist was stopped in the N. Lane St. area reference a theft investigation.

3:58pm A motorist was cited for driving under suspension in the area of Beal and Whetstone.

4:06pm A motorist was assisted in entering their locked vehicle in the East Pointe Shopping Center.

4:13pm A report of vehicles traveling the wrong way on Reid St. was investigated.

4:15pm A S. Sandusky Ave. resident reported that someone fraudulently obtained a cell phone in her name. Officers are investigating.

4:28pm A pedestrian in the Charlotte St. area was warned not to trespass on Railroad property.

4:32pm A private property accident report was taken in the Walmart parking lot.

5:03pm A motorist was issued a warning in the area of Whetstone and Southern.

5:15pm A parking complaint in the area of E. Warren St. was unfounded.

5:16pm A false alarm was received from the 100 block of E. Mansfield St.

5:18pm An E. Warren St. resident reported theft of a flat screen television.

5:21pm Kelsie R Fleming, 26, Bucyrus, was arrested at Kroger for shoplifting. She was released pending a court appearance.

5:36pm A noise complaint was received from the 1400 block of Woodlawn Ave. A resident there was working on a derby car and revving an engine. A subject there was arrested on a warrant and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

5:51pm A report of young children left alone in a vehicle was investigated. There was an older child watching them when officers arrived.

6:04pm A false alarm in the 1000 block of S. Walnut Street was investigated.

6:56pm A false alarm at the Board of Economics was investigated.

7:44pm A disturbance outside Medicine Shoppe was a problem between two teenage girls.

8:23pm A domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Tiffin Street was investigated.

8:35pm Officers checked the welfare of a worker at the Bratwurst Festival.

8:46pm A disturbance in the 700 block of Prospect Street was investigated. No assaults or threats were reported.

9:42pm A false alarm at Mennell Milling was investigated.

9:44pm Officers attempted to check the welfare of a resident in the 400 block of E. Mansfield Street.

10:28pm Officers were dispatched to return to the 700 block of Prospect St. for a disturbance. Stanley Evans, 37, and Angela Cary, 32, were both arrested on charges of Domestic Violence. Ms. Cary was also charged with Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication and Resisting Arrest. They were each transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

10:38pm Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Whetstone St. for a domestic dispute between brothers.

10:41pm Officers assisted a resident in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue who had a bat in her house.

10:56pm A suspicious vehicle in the area of Circle K was reported.

11:09pm Officers assisted a trooper on a traffic stop near St. Rt. 19.

11:39pm A disturbance in the 200 block of W. Mansfield Street was investigated.

11:50pm Officers responded to a report of a fight in the 100 block of W. Charles St. Dustin Bates, 22, was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

Aug. 15

12:01am A traffic warning was issued in the area of Poplar and Oakwood Avenue.

12:24am Cody Ellis, 24, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Ave. He was issue a minor misdemeanor citation and released.

12:26am Officers assisted a Crawford County Deputy on a traffic stop in the area of E. Rensselaer St. and S. Walnut.

12:56am Officers assisted a State Trooper on St. Rt. 19.

1:10am James Stilwell, 22, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Washington Square. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held. Jason Banks, 39, was arrested for resisting arrest. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

1:41am Officers investigated a report of a domestic issue in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

1:56am A traffic warning was given in the area of W. Charles St. and S. Spring St.

2:01am Officers assisted a Crawford County Deputy in the area of N. Poplar St. and W. Warren St.

2:19am A parking citation was issued in the city lot off of N. Poplar St.

2:34am A traffic warning was given in the area of Schaber Ave. and Orra St.

2:40am A report of people trespassing on rides on Washington Square was investigated.

2:46pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the area of E. Mansfield St. and S. East St.

2:54am Officers assisted a State Trooper in the area of St. Rt. 19.

3:26am Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of E. Mansfield St. and Iron St.

3:48am Officers set up a barricade that had been knocked over in the 900 block of Marion Rd.

4:07am Officers set up a barricade that had been knocked over in the 100 block of W. Charles St.

5:03am Emily Taylor, 25, Bucyrus was arrested for domestic violence in the 400 block of E. Warren St.

5:09am Officers assisted an elderly female who had fallen in the area of W. Mansfield and S. Spring St.

9:38am City Crew was notified of a sign down at Plymouth and Wingert.

9:40am A disturbance in the 600 block of E. Rensselaer St. was resolved with a subject being warned not to trespass.

10:33am Officers helped move a large limb that had fallen on the Mary St. extension.

10:50am A Columbus resident reported his vehicle stolen from the 1500 block of N. Sandusky Ave. overnight.

11:30am A report of a concession trailer damaged by the overnight storm was taken.

12:27pm An Ann St. resident was warned reference loud music.

12:38pm A report of a barking dog was investigated in the 500 block of S. East St. The dog had adequate water.

1:08pm Officers escorted an oversized load around the detour.

1:10pm A motorist was assisted in entering his locked vehicle in the area of Aumiller Park.

1:26pm Seth Horsley, 22, was arrested in the 500 block of Park Ave. on a Crawford County Warrant. He was also charged with possession of marijuana. He was released with a minor misdemeanor citation and pending a court appearance.

2:31pm A false alarm was received from the 900 block of W. Perry St.

3:42pm A welfare check was made in the 100 block of Bland Ave.

3:43pm Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male in the 300 block of S. Lane St. The subject was not located.

4:03pm A parking complaint was investigated in the 200 block of Norton Way. The vehicle was gone upon officer’s arrival.

4:35pm A subject spoke with officers on station reference a child custody issue.

4:59pm Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male on Washington Square. Brad McPeek, 34, Bucyrus, was arrested in the area of Millennium Park and charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued a citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

5:33pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Lions Park.

5:52pm A parking citation was issued in the 300 block of W. Center Street.

5:59pm A report of kids with bats in the 300 block of S. Lane Street was investigated. Wesley Efaw, 24, was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct by Intoxication. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

6:35pm A report of a possible intoxicated male in the area of Oakwood and Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

6:36pm A false alarm at the Bucyrus School Administration building on Plymouth Street was investigated.

7:02pm A report of a possible intoxicated male laying on the sidewalk on Washington Square was investigated. He was sober and just resting.

7:05pm A report of someone riding a mini bike on the roadway in the 200 block of W. Mary Street was investigated.

7:18pm A water break was checked by officers and the water department was notified.

7:22pm Officers checked a residence at Bucyrus Plaza.

8:06pm A report of a suspicious male at Millennium Park was unfounded.

8:38pm Officers responded with EMS for an unresponsive male in the area of Washington Square.

8:58pm A domestic disturbance at Bucyrus Plaza was investigated. No assaults or threats reported.

9:05pm A report of a possible intoxicated driver in the area of E. Mary Street was investigated.

9:19pm Officers attempted to locate a wanted person in the 200 block of Whetstone St.

9:42pm A report of a stop sign knocked down in the area of W. Mary St. and Crawford St. was investigated.

10:11pm Officers spoke to a female at the police station regarding a domestic issue.

10:18pm A parking issue on Washington Square was resolved.

10:33pm Officers assisted Tiffin Police Dept. delivering a message in the 100 block of E. Charles St.

10:38pm Officers located a young female wandering alone in the 400 block of S. Walnut St. She was reunited with her mother.

10:45pm Officers removed a traffic cone in the roadway in the area of S. Poplar St. at W. Center St.

10:46pm A report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the area of S. Walnut St. was investigated.

10:54pm A report of juveniles looking in parked vehicles in the 300 block of E. Warren St. was checked.

11:04pm A false alarm in the 900 block of Nevada Rd. was investigated.

11:36pm Jordan Armstrong, 24, was arrested on charges of Domestic Violence stemming from an incident in the 300 block of N. Sandusky Ave. He was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

11:45pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Perry and Walnut Street.

11:59pm A domestic disturbance in the 1200 block of Lynne Avenue was investigated.

Aug. 16

12:03am Melissa Auck, 37, Bucyrus, was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct-Public Urination. She was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released.

12:09am Officers responded with EMS to Washington Square for an injured female.

12:25am A domestic disturbance in the 200 block of S. Lane Street was mediated.

12:32am A traffic warning was given in the area of Hopley Ave. and Whetstone St.

12:35am Officers assisted an intoxicated male in the area of W. Rensselaer St. and S. Poplar St. He was dropped off with a sober party.

12:58am A traffic warning was issued in the area of N. Sandusky and Perry Street.

1:08am Officers spoke with a subject about a previous case in the 100 block of N. Spring Street.

1:09am Chris Kuehne, 27, was arrested in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Ave. on charges of Disorderly Conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released.

1:12am A domestic disturbance in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

1:19am Connie Kiser, 52, was arrested on charges of OVI in the 100 block of W. Oakwood Ave. She was issued a citation and released to a family member.

1:22am A verbal warning for loud music in the 400 block of N. Walnut Street was issued.

1:57am A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Maple St. and Dudley St. was family in a car talking outside their residence.

1:58am Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious vehicle at Outhwaite Reservoir.

2:03am Officers responded to two separate incidents of women fighting near Washington Square. Christina Kimble, 29, was arrested for disorderly conduct and released to the custody of sober friends.

2:08am A report of an intoxicated male in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was checked and the subject was escorted to his friend’s residence.

2:42am James Cady, 27, and Racheal Boudinot, 33, were arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct on Washington Square. They were each issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released.

3:02am A male was given a verbal warning for no lights on his bicycle in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield St.

3:11am A report of a fight in the 400 block of N. Sandusky Ave. was investigated. No one claimed any assault and they were dispersed.

3:28am Michael Williams, 41, was arrested on Washington Square for disorderly conduct, open container of liquor and obstructing official business. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

3:31am A verbal traffic warning was given on Plymouth St.

3:35am Officers gave a warning to 2 male juveniles about curfew. They were released to a parent.

3:59am A report of a fight in the 400 block of S. Walnut St. was investigated.

4:32am A report of a disorderly person in the 300 block of S. Walnut St. was investigated.

5:00am Officers gave a resident in the 600 block of S. Walnut St. a verbal warning for loud music.

8:48am Officers spoke with subjects on station reference a landlord/tenant issue.

10:16am A false alarm was received from the 1600 block of Marion Rd.

10:32am A motorist was issued a warning ticket in the area of Whetstone and Beal.

12:19pm A disturbance in the 200 block of Iron St. was investigated.

12:21pm A S. Poplar St. resident reported a theft of money from her residence overnight.

12:36pm A motorist was assisted in entering her locked vehicle in the 100 block of N. Poplar St.
