Mosquito spraying will be taking place citywide on Thursday and Friday of this week if conditions are favorable. Spraying will begin at dusk and should be completed by 11 p.m.

Mosquito spray poses low risk, but the following are some common sense steps to reduce exposure:

* close windows and doors during the time of fogging

* remain inside while fogging takes place

* bring pets inside

* turn air conditioning off or to recirculate
