1:56 a.m.-A North Columbus Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls and texts.

8:13 a.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Harding Way West.

9:03 a.m.-A report of a juvenile being harassed and threatened by another juvenile was turned over to the probation department.

9:58 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a resident in the 500 block of South Boston Street.

10:45 a.m.-A report that an older green Dodge truck with a cap hit a parked car in the Geyer’s parking lot the left the scene but later returned.

12:04 p.m.-A report of insurance fraud by a resident in the 300 block of Harding Way West was investigated.

12:39 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of West Railroad Street was investigated.

12:58 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel with an elderly female who had fallen in the 400 block of Portland Way North.

1:04 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 7700 block of Ohio 309.

2:07 p.m.-A Portland Way South resident reported their mailbox hit and knocked off the post.

7:58 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated at Arby’s.

March 22

12:31 a.m.-Casie N. Mollett was issued a citation for driving under suspension and failure to use a turn signal in the 1300 block of Ohio 61.

11:58 a.m.-A report of a man trespassing on property in the 200 block of North Market Street was investigated.

2:22 p.m.-A Smith Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone she knows.

4:57 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of Easton Way was investigated.

5:40 p.m.-A report of a fight between juveniles was investigated at Galion Primary School.

11:04 p.m.-A report of an unwanted person in the 100 block of Harding Way West was investigated.

March 23

8:23 a.m.-A report of a house fire in the 100 block of Gill Avenue turned out to be the home owner burning wood.

4:42 p.m.-Steven W. Borders issued a citation for speeding in the South Market and Hartman Street area.

5:06 p.m.-Christopher Z. Campbell was issued a citation for speeding on Grove Avenue at Orange Street.

6:29 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crestline Police Department in the 100 block of Easton Way.

8:20 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of North Market Street.

9:49 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 200 block of East Summit Street was investigated.

Bucyrus Police

March 21

8:22 a.m.- Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

11:54 a.m.- One income tax summons was served at the police department.

2:37 p.m.- A report of a pedestrian being struck by a motor vehicle in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was unfounded. The pedestrian reportedly involved walked away and did not want to talk to anyone.

4:01 p.m.- A warning was issued for trespassing on the railroad tracks on East Rensselaer Street.

4:21 p.m.- Officers took a report of a dog biting a person in the area of Wise and Virginia Avenues and a confinement notice was issued to the dog owner.

4:24 p.m.- Four income tax summons were served in the 1000 block of Winchester Avenue.

5:36 p.m.- Officers attempted to income tax summons on East Charles Street.

6:45 p.m.- A private property collision was investigated on the parking lot at Kroger, 210 E. Mary St.

March 22

12:22 a.m.- Officers assisted a female in finding a place to stay for the night.

1:02 p.m.- Michael L Bloomfield, 39, was arrested in the 500 block of S Sandusky Avenue on two Crawford County warrants. He was released pending a court appearance.

3:56 p.m.- A report of possible drug use in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

3:59 p.m.- Officers assisted a person at the station with a civil complaint.

March 23

1:35 a.m.- Ryan St. Clair, 26, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County and possession of marijuana. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released with a court date.

1:35 a.m.- Hannah Weiler, 20, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and cited for operating without a valid license and failure to control.

8:13 a.m.- Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

11:51 a.m.- Officers took an accident report in the area of South Sandusky Avenue and Marion Road.

1:01 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

1:07 p.m.- Officers checked on an elderly gentleman in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.

1:11 p.m.- A subject came to the station to report a theft.

3:16 p.m.- A report of a hit-skip accident in the Southern Lights parking lot was investigated.

4:34 p.m.- A disturbance in the 100 block of Heritage Circle was investigated.

4:37 p.m.- A report of a large group getting ready to fight in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

4:45 p.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 100 block of Emerson Street.

4:53 p.m.- A report of an assault in the 200 block of South East Street was investigated. It was two juveniles play wrestling.

8:24 p.m.- An elderly female who became confused and wandered away from her home was located by officers and taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital by EMS personnel.
