March 21

1:56 a.m.-A North Columbus Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls and texts.

8:13 a.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Harding Way West.

9:03 a.m.-A report of a juvenile being harassed and threatened by another juvenile was turned over to the probation department.

9:58 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a resident in the 500 block of South Boston Street.

10:45 a.m.-A report that an older green Dodge truck with a cap hit a parked car in the Geyer’s parking lot the left the scene but later returned.

12:04 p.m.-A report of insurance fraud by a resident in the 300 block of Harding Way West was investigated.

12:39 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of West Railroad Street was investigated.

12:58 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel with an elderly female who had fallen in the 400 block of Portland Way North.

1:04 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 7700 block of Ohio 309.

2:07 p.m.-A Portland Way South resident reported their mailbox hit and knocked off the post.

7:58 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated at Arby’s.

Bucyrus Police

March 21

2:47 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 800 block of Beverly Drive. The reported person was gone upon officer’s arrival.

8:22 a.m.- Two income tax summons were served at the police department.

11:21 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of possible drug use in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue and the matter was unfounded.

11:54 a.m.- One income tax summons was served at the police department.

2:37 p.m.- A report of a pedestrian being struck by a motor vehicle in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was unfounded. The pedestrian reportedly involved walked away and did not want to talk to anyone.

4:01 p.m.- A warning was issued for trespassing on the railroad tracks on East Rensselaer Street.

4:21 p.m.- Officers took a report of a dog biting a person in the area of Wise and Virginia Avenues and a confinement notice was issued to the dog owner.

4:24 p.m.- Four income tax summons were served in the 1000 block of Winchester Avenue.

5:36 p.m.- Officers attempted to income tax summons on East Charles Street.

5:37 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued in the 100 block of East Mansfield Street.

5:41 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on Prospect Street.

6:03 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons in the area of Pinewood Court.

6:45 p.m.- A private property collision was investigated on the parking lot at Kroger, 210 E. Mary St.

8:23 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.

10:40 p.m.- A resident in the 800 block of Beverly Drive requested a security check and all was fine.

10:40 p.m.- A report of an odor of marijuana at Bucyrus Plaza was unfounded.

11:26 p.m.- A report of people arguing at Bucyrus Plaza was a verbal domestic issue.

11:46 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 1200 block of Home Circle Drive was investigated.

March 22

12:22 a.m.- Officers assisted a female in finding a place to stay for the night.

2:17 a.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel to enter a residence to assist an individual that had fallen in the 400 block of Jump Street.

2:27 a.m.- A report of people yelling at Bucyrus Plaza was investigated and the party involved denied being loud.
