Leuthold also ordered Furr to pay a $5,000 fine and restitution in the amount of $2,339 to the victim in his case.

Another Galion man will also be heading to prison on the same charge in an unrelated case.

Ross O. Craner, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of burglar and was sentenced to four years in prison. He must pay court costs and will be subject to three years of post-release control upon his release from prison.

A Cardington woman was sentenced to two years in prison.

Tabatha A. Roberts, 36, was convicted of three counts of possession of drugs in 2015 and placed on probation. She admitted last week to violating the terms of her probation in her two previous cases after she was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Marissa D. Donohue, 25, admitted to failing to complete a program at a halfway house, which was part of her probation after being convicted in 2012 of trafficking in drugs, aggravated robbery and possession of drugs.
