12:55 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of North Columbus Street was investigated.

12:58 a.m.-A report of loud music in the 400 block of Third Avenue was investigated.

10:29 a.m.-A citation was issued to Rebecca R. Somogye for speeding in the Grant Street area.

2:50 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of trespassing at Galion City Schools.

3:18 p.m.-A Clay Street resident reported that a man was trespassing at her residence.

4:41 p.m.-William C. Doss was issued a citation for speeding on South Market Street and County Line Road.

5:04 p.m.-A resident reported being struck by a red Crossfire at the intersection of North Liberty Street and Harding Way East.

9:32 p.m.-A West Payne Street reported $200 stolen from a bank account.

10:02 p.m.-Adam Ogden was issued a citation for speeding on Portland Way North at Carter Drive.

11:35 p.m.-Joshua F. Keller was issued a citation for speeding in the 7700 block of Ohio 309.

Bucyrus Police

Feb. 14

7:28 a.m.-A 23-year-old woman was reported missing from the 400 block of Charlotte Street. She later returned home.

8:12 a.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 500 block of South East Street was a couple arguing and they separated.

10:12 a.m.-A report of a lost permit card was taken from the 400 block of Hopley Avenue.

10:22 a.m.-Officers investigated a two car non-injury crash on Lane and Mansfield Streets.

3:28 p.m.-A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to speak to an officer about unwanted messages she was receiving from someone she knows.

5:26 p.m.-A report of a possible scam in the 800 block of Rogers Street was investigated. The YMCA had been advised that a couple walking with canes was going door to door raising money for a Parkinson’s program they claimed was for the YMCA. The YMCA has no knowledge of any such program.

7:20 p.m.-A report of a pedestrian being struck by a turning vehicle in the area of Sandusky Avenue and Rensselaer Street was investigated. The pedestrian did not have any apparent injury and declined EMS care.

7:49 p.m.-A resident in the 1200 block of Home Circle Drive reported a possible trespassing and an officer checked the area.

9:08 p.m.-A disturbance in the 900 block of South Highland Avenue was a couple arguing and a relative escorted one of the parties to another location.

9:26 p.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Cleland Street was a verbal dispute and one of the parties left voluntarily.

10:15 p.m.-A report of people yelling in the 400 block of North Walnut Street was resolved with an escort to assist a citizen to another location.

11:40 p.m.-A report of a domestic issue in the 700 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated. It was found to be a confrontation between two canines. They were separated for the night.

11:52 p.m.-A report of a female crying in an apartment in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated. She was found to be upset over a family member that is in the hospital.
