BUCYRUS — A Crestline man accused of rape pleaded not guilty to the charge during his arraignment in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Monday.

Nathan S. McIe, 44, 1026 Doris Drive, faces one count of rape, a first-degree felony. A $1 million bond originally set in Crawford County Municipal Court last week was continued by Judge Sean Leuthold.

If McIe is convicted, he faces up to a decade in prison and will be required to register as a Tier III sex offender.

Others arraigned on Monday include:

Arron D. Buchanan, 39, Galion, trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony, bond set at $200,000.

Forrest L. Elliott Sr., 57, Galion, two counts of trafficking in drugs, bond set at $150,000.

Larry Steinheiser, 57, Butler, Pennsylvania, burglary, a fourth-degree felony, and misdemeanor criminal trespass, bond set at $150,000.

Stefenie M. Morgan, 31, Galion, domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony, bond set at $100,000.

Jessica L. Rowalt, 24, Galion, trafficking in drugs and trafficking in marijuana, both fifth-degree felonies, bond set at $75,000.

Brian D. Byers, 33, Galion, theft, a fifth-degree felony, and four counts of misdemeanor misuse of credit cards, bond set at $75,000.

Martin Fife Jr., 38, Crestline, tampering with records, a third-degree felony, bond set at $50,000.

Timothy W. Moyer, 58, Mansfield, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, bond set at $25,000.

Rebecca M. Eckenrode, 28, Galion, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drugs, personal recognizance bond.

Denver Hedges, 41, Mount Gilead, criminal non-support, a fifth-degree felony, personal recognizance bond.

According to Crawford County Prosecutor Matthew Crall, the arraignments included 11 cases with 20 new charges. There are also two new cases with three charges indicted that remain sealed until they have been served to the offenders.
