2:46 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 100 block of Arlington Avenue.

3:03 p.m.-A suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Fifth Avenue was investigated.

5:43 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of Hensley Avenue was investigated.

6:04 p.m.-A possible theft in the 200 block of Fifth Avenue was investigated.

7:22 p.m.-A non-injury accident in the Burger King parking lot Harding Way West.

8:32 p.m.-A suspicious vehicle at South Park turned out to be a man playing Pokemon.

10:06 a.m.- A South Poplar Street resident reported her vehicle spray painted while parked at her residence overnight.

11:00 a.m.- Jesse L Phillips, 18, was arrested in the 800 block of South Poplar Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.

4:13 p.m.- A Monnett Street resident was warned against setting off fireworks.

4:42 p.m.- A domestic problem in the 900 block of Prospect Street was investigated.

5:00 p.m.- Three income tax summons were served in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

5:31 p.m.- A person came on station to speak with an officer regarding threats.

5:31 p.m.- A West Lucas Street resident reported his garage spray painted overnight.

5:52 p.m.- Jessica Singer, 34, was arrested for theft, possession of marijuana and marijuana drug paraphernalia. She was released with a pending court appearance.

6:54 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver in the area of West Center Street and South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

7:02 p.m.- Officers conducted a welfare check in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

7:33 p.m.- Officers assisted a resident with a civil issue.

9:55 p.m.- A report of possible child abuse is under investigation.

11:22 p.m.- A report of a suspicious male in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

11:43 p.m.- A report of people a running in the alleyway in the200 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

5:58 a.m.- An employee of the Kroger Fuel Station reported an outside cooler vandalized overnight.
