Members of the Galion 12U All Star team shake hands with the Fremont 12U All Star team Wednesday night after a Little League District semi-final game at the Little League field at Heise Park. Galion won 10-0.

Our pet of the week is Lucky, a 6 year old, male, Norwegian Elkhound/ Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix. He is housebroken and friendly. Lucky stays close to us at the shelter often sitting or standing on our feet. Lucky just needs a good home that he can call his forever. He is adoptable at The Humane Society serving Crawford County at 419-562-9149

Pictured from left is John Jay Beach of Mansfield, Farence Beach Jr. of Galion, Andrew John Beach of Galion, John F. Beach of Galion- and Matthew Beach of Galion. John Jay is Matthew’s grandfather, Farence is Matthew’s great-great grandfather, Andrew is Matthew’s dad and John F. is Matthew’s great grandfather.
