7/14/2015 at 1:00 pm- The National Weather Service of Cleveland has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch and Flood Watch for Morrow and surrounding counties until 8 pm tonight.
Low pressure will force a cold front southeast across the area today. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to become widespread along and ahead of the front. Locally heavy rain is possible with the storms. With the ground across the area already nearly saturated, heavy rain that develops from thunderstorms moving along the same path could result in flash flooding.
