Aug. 25

A resident in the 600 block of South Boston Street reported a man in the downstairs area of the residence in his underwear. Robert Poulson was arrested for disorderly conduct and burglary.

6:50 a.m.-A non-injury accident in the 500 Park Avenue was investigated.

7:18 a.m.-Three people at the gazebo at the corner of North Market Street and Harding Way East were warned by police after a report that they were harassing people in the area.

10:28 a.m.-A report of a man hitchhiking in the Portland Way South area was heading to Marion to find shelter and work.

12:13 p.m.-The theft of a bicycle was investigated in the 100 block of North Union Street.

6:52 p.m.-A report of a person breaking into a refrigerator in the 300 block of South Washington Street was investigated.

6:54 p.m.-A report of a fight at South Park was investigated.

6:58 p.m.-Cassandra Fry was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the Railroad Street area.

7:47 p.m.-A report of unruly juveniles on Public Square was investigated. The juveniles were told if there are any more complaints, the will be banned from the area.

8:25 p.m.-A person in the 300 block of South Street reporting being bitten by a dog.

9:16 p.m.-A report of the theft of an electric scooter in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated.

9:34 p.m.-A South Murray Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

Aug. 25

7:15 a.m.- Officers investigated an injury accident in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:34 a.m.- A Penn Avenue resident reported an assault.

11:41 a.m.- A report of a child riding in a vehicle unrestrained was unfounded.

1:18 p.m.- Officers took a report of a tree damaged by a vehicle on South Poplar Street.

1:24 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of River Street.

3:03 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was reported in the 100 block of East Southern Avenue.

3:04 p.m.- A private property accident was reported at Walmart.

3:10 p.m.- A message was delivered for the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.

3:22 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was reported in the 500 block of South Spring Street.

3:46 p.m.- A South East Street resident reported his food stamp card being used without his permission.

5:29 p.m.- Officers warned subjects for soliciting without a permit.

5:36 p.m.- Officers investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of West Warren Street.

6:38 p.m.- Officers checked a traffic hazard in the area of Sandusky Avenue and Warren Street.

7:15 p.m.- A report of juveniles riding an electric wheelchair in the area of Rensselaer and Iron Streets was investigated.

8:22 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

8:24 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:36 p.m.- Danny W. Lester, 42, was arrested in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street on two Crawford County warrants. He was issued a court date to appear and released.

8:53 p.m.- A disturbance in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.

9:58 p.m.- Officers responded along with Bucyrus Fire Department to an electric pole down in the area of Hopley Avenue and Washington Street.

10:30 p.m.- Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 1000 block of Winchester Avenue. Jaclyn Danielle Fisher, 36, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, and permitting drug abuse. Logan Beeman, 24, was also arrested on three Crawford County warrants. Both were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending further felony charges.
