1:18 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at South Park was investigated.

1:26 a.m.-Paul Sloat was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 600 block of Harding Way East.

3:38 a.m.-A report of a possible sex offense was investigated in the 100 block of Harding Way West.

8:58 a.m.-A report of a man trespassing at Discount Drug Mart was investigated.

2:57 p.m.-A resident in the 100 block of Carmel Avenue reported being harassed.

3:13 p.m.-A breaking and entering in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue was investigated.

8:06 p.m.-A property dispute in the 800 block of East Walnut Street was investigated.

Aug. 20

12:30 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 500 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.

12:36 p.m.-Seth Borden was issued citations for driving under suspension and failure to display a license plate when the vehicle he was driving was stopped by police in the 600 block of Harding Way East.

1:31 p.m.-A report of an assault at East Park was investigated.

4:54 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 600 block of North Columbus Street was investigated.

10:53 p.m.-Nickolas H. Palange was issued a citation for driving under suspension and no tail lights.

Aug. 21

12:19 a.m.-A fight in the 500 block of South Market Street was investigated.

12:54 a.m.-A report of a possible stabbing in the 400 block of Hensley Avenue was investigated.

11:53 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 200 block of East Payne Avenue was investigated.

12:22 p.m.-A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 100 block of Arlington Avenue was investigated.

3:14 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 200 block of North Market Street was investigated.

5:36 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute in the 1200 block of Baehr Street was investigated.

6:14 p.m.-A South Market Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

7:28 p.m.-An assault was investigated in the Fellow Street area.

11:27 p.m.-David Burgess Jr. was issued citations for nighttime riding on a motorcycle, a stop sign violation and no motorcycle endorsement in the 7700 block of Ohio 06.

11:30 p.m.-Andrew Shaum was issued a citation for an expired license plate in the 7700 block of Ohio 309.

Aug. 19

8:28 a.m.- Officers helped to remove a bat from the First Presbyterian Church.

9:24 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a toddler that escaped from her home in the 600 block of Prospect Street.

9:42 a.m.- A Virginia Avenue resident reported trespass into both of their vehicles overnight.

9:54 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue.

11:07 a.m.- A report of missing medical supplies in the 100 block of Heritage Circle was taken.

12:51 p.m.- A Reid Street resident reported the theft of jewelry.

12:59 p.m.- A report of a fight in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue was a domestic argument and the subjects went their separate ways.

2:17 p.m.- A report of suspicious persons in the 200 block of Plymouth Street turned out to be people looking for money that they had dropped.

2:42 p.m.- Officers assisted a semi driver in finding his way around the detours.

3:11 p.m.- A report of a possible impaired driver that had swerved into and out of a ditch northbound on Ohio 98 towards town was investigated.

5:19 p.m.- Officer checked on a temporary detour road sign that had broken off in the area of Tiffin and Irving Streets.

7:33 p.m.- Officers checked on two juveniles on the overpass at East Mansfield and Mary Streets.

8:33 p.m.- Officers assisted a resident locked out of her house in the 100 block of East Lucas Street.

8:55 p.m.- A disorderly person was removed from the festival grounds.

9:21 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of a suspicious male in the area of South Poplar and Mansfield Streets.

9:48 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued for no operator’s license in the 100 block of North Spring Street.

10:08 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated male in the area of West Irving Street was found to be a traveling carnival employee making his way back to the bunkhouse.

10:56 p.m.- A report of juveniles running around the parking lot at the Inn at Orchard Park was investigated.

11:16 p.m.- Belinda Rossman, 42, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

11:31 p.m.- A report of a possible gunshot in the 400 block of East Charles Street was investigated.

11:31 p.m.- A possible trespassing in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated and nothing was amiss on or around the property.

11:39 p.m.- Officers assisted a State Trooper in the area of Ohio 98.

Aug. 20

12:14 a.m.- Officers assisted a State Trooper in the area of Ohio 19.

12:40 a.m.- Dakota Chapman, 28, was arrested for public urination in City Lot 3 and he was issued a date to appear in court and released.

12:57 a.m.- An assault that occurred in City Lot 3 is under investigation.

1:11 a.m.- Officers checked on a vehicle with a light on parked at the Water Department garage on Marion Road.

1:19 a.m.- Dwayne Perry, 31, was arrested near Washington Square on two warrants out of Crawford County. He was issued a court date and released.

1:33 a.m.- A report of a drunk male refusing to leave a business in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated. His father was contacted to pick him up.

1:38 a.m.- A report of a possibly drunk driver in the area of East Mansfield and Walnut Streets was investigated.

2:00 a.m.- A 14-year-old boy was arrested for curfew violation and escorted to his residence nearby.

2:23 a.m.- A disturbance in the 1700 block of Marion Road was a verbal dispute and a man yelling at an air conditioner. The man causing the disturbance was given a ride from the area by his mom and he took the air conditioner with him.

2:45 a.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue on Washington Square.

2:46 a.m.- A male was cited for driving under suspension in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:15 a.m.- A report of people yelling at Heritage Circle was investigated.

4:17 a.m.- Officers filed a minor crash report in the parking lot of Bucyrus Outreach Center. A black pickup truck backed into a trailer.

6:00 a.m.- A report of people sleeping on the benches at Kroger was investigated. The two people left the area.

9:13 a.m.- Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street. Kylie Davidson, 25, was arrested in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street and charged with domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.

12:14 p.m.- A disturbance in the 1500 block of Marion Road was investigated.

12:36 p.m.- A report of a possible burglary in the 400 block of East Warren Street was found to be an ex-live-in trying to get back into the apartment. The resident allowed him to remove the rest of his belongings.

12:40 p.m.- Officers spoke with people acting suspicious in the area of Rensselaer Street and Sandusky Avenue.

2:32 p.m.- An Irving Street resident reported her purse stolen from the City Hall bathroom. The purse was later located.

3:38 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of animal cruelty in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street. The report was unfounded as the dog had gotten loose and three teenagers were trying to catch the dog and return it home.

3:41 p.m.- Juveniles were warned against trespass in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street.

4:00 p.m.- Andrew Israel, 38, was arrested in the area of Woodbine Apartments and charged with assault and disorderly conduct after officers were called to the area in reference to an intoxicated male lying on the ground. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

5:07 p.m.- A Failor Avenue resident reported a theft of a TV and air conditioner and suspect someone they know.

5:11 p.m.- Officers checked on a reported limb that had fallen on Beverly Drive.

5:33 p.m.- A report of a vehicle blocking the roadway in the 1300 block of East Southern Avenue was checked and the driver had run out of gas.

6:12 p.m.- A small child found in the festival area was reunited with his mother.

6:33 p.m.- Two juvenile females were removed from the festival for fighting. They were released to family members and will await charges through juvenile court.

8:13 p.m.- A disturbance in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.

8:17 p.m.- A domestic disturbance in the area of Charles and Walnut Streets was investigated.

8:32 p.m.- Officers checked on an open building on Emerson Street.

9:33 p.m.- A report of a group of teenagers possibly trespassing in the 100 block of Plymouth Street was investigated.

9:42 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident reported possibly being pickpocketed while in the festival area. The subject later found what he had lost.

9:57 p.m.- A warning for loud music was issued in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.

10:10 p.m.- A disturbance between neighbors was investigated in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

10:23 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver in the area of Southern Avenue and Fairmeadow Drive was investigated.

10:29 p.m.- Officers assisted a resident in the 900 block of Rogers Street remove a bat from the house.

10:57 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver in the South Lane Street area was investigated.

11:15 p.m.- Officers assisted a State Trooper near Ohio 98.

11:40 p.m.- Officers assisted a State Trooper on Ohio 4.

Aug. 21

12:33 a.m.- Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue.

12:34 a.m.- Officers investigated a reported fight in City Lot 3. Subjects were dispersed.

1:57 a.m.- Zachary Blum, 27, was arrested for criminal trespass at a business near Washington Square. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released with a pending court date.

2:09 a.m.- Officers assisted with a vendor’s trailer in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

2:32 a.m.- A male was cited for driving under suspension in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

3:01 a.m.- A report of an intoxicated female beating on the door of a downtown nightclub yelling about a cell phone was investigated. She had left the area before officers arrived.

3:34 a.m.- A drunk male found lying in a yard in the area of South Poplar Street and Euclid Avenue was given a ride home.

8:43 a.m.- A report of three juveniles with a BB gun in the area of Reid Street and Highland Avenue was investigated. The juveniles were contacted and did not have the reported BB gun.

8:53 a.m.- Officers assisted Life Support in the 700 block of Tiffin Street.

12:31 p.m.- Officer assisted Life Support in the 800 block of West Mary Street.

12:40 p.m.- A domestic problem in the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

1:19 p.m.- Andrew Israel, 38, was arrested in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue stemming from an earlier incident where an EMT was assaulted during a medical response. The charges are assault and disorderly conduct and he was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.

1:34 p.m.- A disturbance in the 1400 block of Cullen Court was investigated.

2:05 p.m.- A report of two small children entering an abandoned building was investigated. The children were turned over to their parents.

2:48 p.m.- A domestic problem in the 300 block of East Charles Street was mediated.

3:19 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person on station about a domestic problem.

4:01 p.m.- A West Mansfield Street resident reported prescription medication stolen.

4:26 p.m.- A domestic problem was an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

4:59 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve tax summons.

5:33 p.m.- Officers removed some glass from the roadway at Catherine and Warren Streets.

6:26 p.m.- A report of vandalism to a vehicle was made at the police department.

7:01 p.m.- Officers spoke to a subject on Stetzer Road about threats that had been made.

8:41 p.m.- A traffic report of minor damage to a vehicle that was parked near the festival was taken at the police department.

8:54 p.m.- A vandalism report was unfounded and the issue resolved in the 1000 block of Maple Street.

9:44 p.m.- An officer spoke to an inmate at Crawford County Justice Center about a possible theft at his residence.

Aug. 22

2:36 a.m.- A report of strange noises in the 700 block of Earl Street was investigated.

6:24 a.m.- Officers responded to a domestic issue in the 600 block of East Warren Street. It was found to be a verbal dispute and the male half involved left.
