Aug. 12

12:21 a.m.-A report of a suspicious man in the 700 block of Center Street was investigated.

4:58 p.m.-A report of about 10 kids causing a disturbance in the 100 block of Gill Avenue was investigated.

5:06 p.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 500 block of First Avenue was investigated.

6:30 p.m.-A report of a dog running loose in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue was investigated.

11:05 p.m.-A First Avenue resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

Aug. 13

12:04 a.m.-Rebecca M. Enrode, 28, Galion, was arrested in the 700 block of Harding Way West for disorderly conduct.

12:34 p.m.-A South Murray Street resident reported being harassed on social media.

9:32 a.m.-A report of vandalism to a business in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

12:25 p.m.-A report of a stolen or lost license plate was investigated in the 400 block of Harding Way East.

1:52 p.m.-Joshua Nieves was issued citations for fictitious license plates, expired license plates and driving under license forfeiture when the vehicle he was driving was stopped by police in the 100 block of Harding Way East.

2:03 p.m.-A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 1200 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

3:43 p.m.-A report of a white, powder substance on the floor of the restroom at a business in the 200 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

5:48 p.m.-A license plate was found in the roadway between Liberty and Columbus Streets and turned in to the police department.

9:03 p.m.-A report of a dog bite in the 400 block of Beechwood Drive was investigated.

9:42 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 7700 block of Ohio 308.

10:18 p.m.-A check that was found in the area of First Baptist Church was turned over to police.

Aug. 14

10:24 a.m.-A report of downed trees and power lines in the area of Amman’s Reservoir was investigated.

2:37 p.m.-A citation was issued to Rachel Bilka for driving with an expired driver’s license and registration when the vehicle she was driving was stopped by police in the 100 block of Harding Way East.

3:47p.m.-A report of a stolen lawn mower in the 300 block of First Avenue was investigated.

5:12 p.m.-Brandon Nusbaum was issued a citation for speeding in the 300 block of Gelsanliter Road.

10:56 p.m.-A disturbance in the 800 block of South Boston Street was investigated.

Aug. 15

12:47 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the North Riblet Street area was investigated. Samantha Hamar was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication.

2:30 a.m.-A report of several juveniles walking down the street being loud was investigated in the 100 block of Erie Street.

6:09 a.m.-Gregory D. Drye was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

10:49 a.m.-A report of two people having sex at North Market Street and Harding Way East was investigated and the couple was advised of the complaint.

3:15 p.m.-A citation was issued to Andrew Moore for driving under suspension when the vehicle he was driving was stopped by police on South Street at Parson Street.

5:27 p.m.-A report of vandalism to a swimming pool was investigated in the 700 block of Surrey Drive.

5:53 p.m.-Several needles were reportedly found at Cobey Park and collected by officers for disposal.

7:02 p.m.-A disturbance in the 100 block of First Avenue was investigated.

8:20 p.m.-Cassandra M. Marcum was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments in the 600 block of South Market Street.

10:34 p.m.-Kristina Walters was issued a citation for driving under suspension and expired license plates when the vehicle she was driving was stopped by police on Orange Street.

11:02 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 300 block of Sherman Street.

BUCYRUS POLICE

Aug. 12

8:55 a.m.- A trespasser was asked to leave Crawford County Community Counseling.

10:07 a.m.- Officers assisted Crawford County Children Services in the 1500 block of East Mansfield Street.

11:31 a.m.- A two-vehicle crash was investigated at South Sandusky and Oakwood Avenues and a citation was issued.

5:41 p.m.- A two-vehicle rear-end non-injury crash was reported at Marion Road and Beal Avenue.

10:55 p.m.- A report of a patron refusing to leave an establishment on Washington Square was investigated.

Aug. 13

12:33 a.m.- Breanna McVey, 23, was arrested for public urination near Washington Square. She was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and released with a pending court appearance.

1:16 a.m.- A male reported his vehicle stolen while he was at Dillinger’s. Officers located the vehicle minutes later parked on Washington Square.

1:47 a.m.- An attempt was made to find a stranded female a place to stay for the night.

1:55 a.m.- Officers assisted an intoxicated man who was down in the 200 block of North Poplar Street. Kevyn Roe, 25, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

3:00 a.m.- Officers assisted a juvenile in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue. She was dropped off with her sister to be looked after.

3:54 p.m.- A small tree blown over in astorm was moved from the alleyway off the 400 block of Norton Way.

4:15 p.m.- Leandra Bell, 29, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

8:21 p.m.- Anofficer attempted to stop a vehicle on South Spring Street near Warren Street and the driver abandoned the vehicle and ran away. Officers pursued the individual and apprehended him in the 200 block of West Warren Street. Jeremy Lewis, 41, was arrested for possession of drugs, criminal trespass, failure to comply, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and cited for driving under suspension and reckless operation. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

8:54 p.m.- Officers are investigating a report of a White Cadillac Escalade knocking over a stop sign and leaving the area on Failor Avenue at Woodlawn Avenue. The City Street Department was also contacted to remove the broken sign and place a portable stop sign for the weekend.

Aug. 14

1:38 a.m.- A report of a fight in City Lot 3 was investigated.

5:39 a.m.- A traffic stop on River Street near Tiffin Street resulted in a 16-year-old boy being arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

6:21 a.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office delivering a message to a resident in the 100 block of Penn Avenue.

9:51 a.m.- A report of an assault was investigated in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:19 p.m.- A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to report a fraudulent check cashed on their checking account.

5:20 p.m.- A domestic disturbance at Bucyrus Plaza was mediated.

6:20 p.m.- Officers responded to a report of two toddlers wandering in the Kroger parking lot. The juveniles were returned to a nearby residence. Jeremy Smith, 23, was arrested on charges of endangering children. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released.

6:54 p.m.- Officers mediated a custody dispute at Bob Evans.

7:23 p.m.- A report of possible child abuse was received.

8:28 p.m.- A report of a dog left in a car in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

Aug. 15

12:23 a.m.- Robert Posey III, 32, was arrested in the 100 block of South East Street for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

2:05 a.m.- A traffic stop in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue resulted in the arrest of Adam Gallegos, 23, for possession of drugs. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance. Adrian Gallegos, 24, was arrested for probation violation. He was also taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

10:59 a.m.- Officers investigated a report of drug abuse in the 800 block of South Spring Street.

6:26 p.m.- Mason Olmstead, 20, was arrested in the 200 block of West Mary Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date to appear and released.

7:01 p.m.- A report of a vehicle being vandalized in the 200 block of East Irving Street was investigated.

7:02 p.m.- An East Warren Street resident reported a weed eater and a leaf blower stolen.

7:22 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 500 block of Failor Street.

7:51 p.m.- John Murrell, 27, was arrested at the police department on charges of vehicle theft. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

Aug. 16

4:39 a.m.- A resident in the 200 block of West Charles Street reported two televisions stolen.
