Galion High School orientation to be held

GALION — The Galion High School will host an orientation meeting for students and parents in the High School gymnasium on Aug. 18. The freshman and new student orientation will begin at 1 p.m. for any students entering grades nine through 12 who have not previously attended Galion High School, and will provide students and parents with more information about the different areas of the High School.

There will be a question and answer session following the orientation meeting. Students will receive their class schedules and be dismissed to follow their schedules and visit classrooms.

GHS upperclassmen will be able to pick up class schedules Friday, Aug. 19. Students can come to the high school office from 9 to 11 a.m. or 1- to 3 p.m.

Devices will be distributed during these sessions. Students must have all forms completed and submitted to receive their device.
