Public transportation meetings being held across the county

Public meetings for the Crawford County Rural Public Transportation Service Planning Project will be held next week in Bucyrus, Galion and Crestline as follows:

From 6 to 8 p.m. on June 20 at Bucyrus City Hall Council Chambers, 500 South Sandusky Ave., Bucyrus.

From 6 to 8 p.m. on June 21 at the Galion Public Library, 123 North Market Street, Galion.

From 6 to 8 p.m. on June 22 at the Village of Crestline Administration Building, 100 North Seltzer Street, Crestline.

*Meeting facilities are handicap accessible.

These public meetings are to explain and gain community input for the Crawford County Rural Public Transportation Service Planning Project currently underway. Each meeting will provide the community with the opportunity to identify unmet transportation needs in Crawford County and to evaluate potential service alternatives for the community. This service planning project is made possible by the Ohio Department of Transportation and Crawford County Commissioners.

Individuals interested in public transportation are encouraged to attend this meeting.
