1:57 p.m.-A resident in the 400 block of Libby Lane reported a cat stolen and that someone is posting on Facebook that she has a new cat and refuses to give it back to the owner.
4:21 p.m.-Dan E. Howell was issued a citation or driving under suspension.
4:40 p.m.-Lanna D. Wallace was issued a citation for speeding.
4:51 p.m.-Brenda L. Conley was issued a citation for speeding.
5:29 p.m.-A report of a theft of items from a residence in the 400 block of Hensley Avenue was investigated.
7:52 p.m.-A resident in the 700 block of Cherry Street reported a hit-skip accident.
9:48 p.m.-A McClure Street resident reported their vehicle keyed while they were at work.

2:18pm A report of a suspicious man trying to climb a utility pole in the 700 block of Earl Street was investigated.
3:18pm A report of a dog left in a vehicle at Kroger was investigated. The dog was not in distress and the windows were cracked. The owner was located and was on her way out.
3:24pm Officers responded with EMS personnel to Family Dollar for a medical emergency in the parking lot.

3:55pm A two-vehicle accident in the area of Walnut Street and Oakwood Avenue was investigated.
