May 9

10:58 a.m.-A Galion resident reported the theft of a television.

1:29 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the West Railroad Street area was investigated.

1:35 p.m.-A verbal dispute was investigated in the Grove Avenue area.

1:52 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the 300 block of North Columbus Street resulted in the arrest of a man with a warrant out of Michigan.

4:12 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the East Walnut Street area.

4:28 p.m.-Donald Ganshorn was cited for driving under suspension on Tuxedo Alley.

7:13 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 200 block of West Atwood Street.

11:17 p.m.-A report of the theft of money from a vehicle at Galion Community Hospital was investigated.

Bucyrus Police

May 9

7:32am Officers assisted a resident who had fallen in the 900 block of Hull Avenue.

7:34am A traffic warning was issued on Crossroads Blvd.

7:46am A traffic warning was issued in the area of East Warren and Iron Street.

8:01am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 1500 block of Marion Road.

8:56am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Bucyrus Community Hospital.

10:37am Officers investigated a private property collision in the parking lot at Bucyrus Precision Tech.

11:13am Officers responded to a larceny complaint and the individual responsible was located later and arrested.

12:13pm Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 100 block of Bland Avenue.

2:07pm Officers attempted to check the welfare of a resident in the 1100 block of Fremont Street. There was no one living there by that name.

2:23pm An individual was arrested in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue for a larceny and probation violation and he was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

2:24pm Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue.

3:11pm A disturbance between neighbors was investigated in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

3:24pm Officers spoke to a subject at Washington Square claiming a pack of cigarettes was stolen from his jacket.

4:16pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Southern Avenue and Wyandot Road.

4:27pm A group of subjects was given a verbal warning about trespassing on a property in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street.

4:48pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle at Bucyrus City Hall.

5:01pm A two-vehicle injury accident was investigated in the area of East Rensselaer and Wiley Streets. The driver and passenger of one of the vehicles fled the area on foot. The driver was issued a citation for driving under suspension and the passenger was found to have a warrant out of Crawford County. She was issued a court date and released after receiving a citation for not wearing a seatbelt.

5:25pm Officers are investigating a complaint of a dog running loose and bothering people in the 200 block of Gaius Street.

5:27pm Officers stood by for a civil custody exchange in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street.

7:31pm A resident in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street reported multiple vehicles vandalized in front of the residence.

8:46pm A report of a suspicious male in the 1000 block of Rogers Street was investigated. The individual was involved in a dispute and was provided assistance.

9:54pm A report of a male panhandling at Circle K was checked and a man was warned against trespass.

10:03pm A report of a disabled vehicle in the area of Marion Road and Southern Avenue was investigated.

May 10

12:53am A resident in the 300 block of Wiley Street reported a wallet stolen from their vehicle.

1:24am Officers on patrol checked a residence found with the garage door standing open. The homeowner was contacted and the door secured.

2:02am Officers conducted a welfare check in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

2:17am Officer checked on a reported suspicious vehicle at Whetstone Plaza.

3:26am Micah Jones, 37, was arrested in the 900 block of East Rensselaer Street for aggravated burglary and a warrant out of Crestline Police Dept. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

3:29am Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 1100 block of East Warren Street.
