8:00am A report of a fight at Spring and Mansfield Streets was unfounded.

8:30am A warning citation was issued at Galen and Walnut Streets.

9:05am Officers mediated a dispute over property in the 500 block of Whetstone Street.

9:31am Officers spoke with a subject on station regarding a domestic issue.

10:30am Officers spoke with a subject on station regarding a possible protection order violation.

11:37am A disturbance in the 800 block of Prospect Street was investigated. It turned out to be a verbal argument.

12:10pm Officers assisted Mansfield PD attempting to locate the owner of a vehicle in the 600 block of North Lane Street.

12:12pm A bike found in the area of Lane and Blicke Streets was brought to the station.

12:29pm A report of possible child abuse was received and remains under investigation.

12:49pm Officers responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street. It turned out to be a verbal argument.

1:17pm A false alarm was received from the 200 block of South Walnut Street.

2:00pm A report of a speeder on Marion Road was unfounded.

3:30pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

3:51pm A summons was served for a criminal charge to a resident in the 800 block of West Perry Street.

4:22pm A summons was served for a criminal charge to a resident in the 300 block of Wiley Street.

4:32pm Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

4:38pm A report of a person being bitten by a dog was taken at the police department.

4:41pm A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

4:49pm A welfare check was made for an East End Way resident.

4:51pm An erratic driver was reported on Hopley Avenue.

6:26pm Officers checked the area of East Charles and East Streets for a dog that was possibly injured. The animal was not located.

6:49pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 800 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

7:04pm A person spoke to officers on station about a threatening phone call.

7:06pm A Marion Road resident reported damage to a mailbox. While on scene, officers served three income tax summons.

7:36pm A landlord tenant dispute was made at the police department. One income tax summons was also served.

7:48pm A false alarm was investigated at Peacock Water.

8:30pm A theft report was made at the police department.

8:49pm Officers investigated a possible domestic in the 1100 block of East Warren Street.

9:08pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Iron and Mansfield Streets.

9:28pm A traffic citation was issued on North Sandusky Avenue near Emerson Street. Samuel Singer, 31, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and theft from a previous incident. He was issued summons for the criminal charges and released. He was also issued two income tax summons.

9:31pm Jacob Lange, 31, was arrested on a Seneca County warrant after officers were called to the 1700 block of Marion Rd. for an unwanted person. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await transport to Seneca County.

9:51pm A report of a suspicious vehicle was investigated in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

11:16pm Officers spoke to a resident in the 900 block of Harris Avenue about a civil property issue.

April 27

12:51am A resident in the 600 block of Kaler Avenue reported a possible prowler around her house. No one was located in the area and there was no damage at the residence.

1:46am Officers assisted Lexington Police Department by arresting an individual in the 400 block of East Charles Street for a domestic violence charge stemming from an incident in Lexington.

3:32am A traffic warning was issued in the area of East Mansfield and Whetstone Streets.
