3:46pm A loud music complaint in the area of Heritage Circle was investigated. No violation was found.

4:01pm Officers took an accident report in the 600 block of West Mansfield Street.

5:29pm A report of a reckless driver on South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

5:36pm A report of a reckless driver in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated.

8:08pm A resident in the 500 block of Prospect St. reported two bicycles stolen.

8:24pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 1300 block of East Mansfield Street.

9:10pm A bicycle found in the 700 block of Prospect Street was brought on station.

9:13pm A report of a semi-truck driving with no lights on in the area of South Walnut Street was investigated.

11:44pm Officers on patrol investigated four suspicious people walking in the West Rensselaer Street area. They were found to be walking to the local establishments in the area.

12:21am A verbal traffic warning was given in the area of East Southern Avenue and Rogers Street.

12:46am Officers assisted a disabled motorist in area of West Oakwood Avenue and South Poplar Street.

1:31am Officers served a city income tax summons in the 300 block of Kearsley Street.

1:38am A verbal traffic warning was given in the area of Marion Road and Kilbourne Avenue.

1:58am Dylan Turner, 22, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date and released.

1:58am A traffic citation was issued in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

6:28am Officers assisted Life Support in the 1300 block of Marion Road.
