6:55am Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street.

7:37am A traffic warning was given in the area of South Spring Street and Euclid Avenue.

9:28am An overtime parking issue in the 400 block of Lawn Street was investigated.

11:28am Officers responded to hit-skip collision in the 800 block of Beverly Drive.

1:13pm A report of an assault in the East Kilbourne Drive area was investigated.

3:23pm A report of illegal dumping in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

3:34pm A traffic warning was given in the 100 block of East Charles Street.

3:40pm A private property crash in the doctors park patron lot in the 100 block of Hill Street was taken.

4:54pm A report of two juveniles shoplifting at Kroger was received. They were released to their parents and charges are pending in juvenile court.

4:56pm Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 500 block of South Spring Street.

6:59pm James Banks, 40, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant and issued a citation during a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Lane Street. He was issued a court date and released.

7:30pm Finely Foust, 50, was arrested for OVI physical control of a motor vehicle on Crossroads Blvd.

7:53pm Officers investigated a hang up 9-1-1 call in the 1200 block of John Street.

10:38pm Tammy Kalb, 47, was arrested in the area of Whetstone Street for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. She was issued with a court date and released to a sober party.

10:53pm A report of someone possibly buying alcohol for underage persons in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

11:00pm Officers assisted with a vehicle stuck on the railroad tracks in the area of North Spring and West Galen Streets.

April 9

12:01am Officers responded to an alarm in the 100 block of Brookside Drive.

12:32am A male was cited for driving under suspension in the area of Marion Road and Kilbourne Drive.

1:05am A noise complaint at Maple Grove Court was unfounded.

1:28am A traffic citation was issued in the area of South Poplar and West Lucas Streets.

2:24am Glenn Pickens, 41, was arrested in the 600 block of South Poplar Street for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was issued a date to appear in court and released to a sober party.

2:28am A resident in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street reported receiving unwanted messages.

9:15am Officers spoke to a resident in the 1700 block of Marion regarding a civil issue over property.

10:56am A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 1400 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

11:00am A false alarm was received from Bucyrus Railcar Repair, 820 Hopley Avenue.

11:32am Officers assisted Life Support Team in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

11:42am Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

12:36pm A false alarm from Countryside Vet clinic was investigated.

12:41pm Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the Heritage Circle area.

12:50pm A report of an open 9-1-1 line in the Bucyrus Plaza was unfounded.

1:49pm A parking complaint at Walmart was unfounded.

3:59pm Mark Brown, 33, was arrested on charges of telecommunication harassment from an incident in February. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released.

5:14pm Jonathon Fletcher, 27, was arrested in the 300 block of Wiley Street on charges of Menacing from an incident earlier this month. He was issued a summons to appear in court and released.

6:05pm Officers attempted to serve a summons on Colonial Drive.

6:47pm A hang up 9-1-1 call from the 300 block of Iron Street was investigated. No one was located needing assistance.

6:50pm A private property collision on the parking lot at Walmart was investigated.

7:56pm An individual was stopped in the 200 block of East Mary Street and arrested on charges of falsification, possession of marijuana, and drug abuse instruments. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and two summonses to appear in court and released.

8:05pm A traffic warning was issued in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

8:09pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of West Perry and Sandusky Avenue.

9:50pm A report of an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of East Charles Street was investigated.

10:06pm A report of a speeder in the area of Failor and Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

10:13pm Officers seized the license plates off of a vehicle at Bucyrus Plaza for the BMV.

10:27pm A disturbance at Walmart was investigated.

11:39pm Officers assisted a parent with an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of East Charles Street.

April 10

12:24am A traffic warning was given in the area of South Walnut Street and Woodlawn Avenue.

12:26am A traffic warning was given in the 600 block of West Charles Street.

12:27am A traffic warning was given in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

1:30am A traffic warning was issued in the area of Grace and West Rensselaer Streets.

2:06am Marc Jackson, 47, was arrested in the 400 block of North Lane Street for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, open container and cited for driving under suspension. He was issued a date to appear in court and released to a sober party.

7:20am Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 700 block of Hill Street.

10:29am A false alarm was received from Bucyrus Railcar Repair, 820 Hopley Avenue.

11:23am A disturbance on Jump Street was investigated.

11:32am A false alarm in the 200 block of West Mary Street was investigated.

1:02pm A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 600 block of East Lucas Street was investigated.

1:28pm A warning was given to a man for having a dog without a leash in the Aumiller Park area.

3:24pm A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to speak to an officer about the eviction process.

4:17pm Officers assisted with a civil standby in the 700 block of Hill Street.

4:19pm A traffic citation was issued in the area of Southern and Hopley Avenue.

4:29pm A false alarm at Hymiler was investigated.

4:37pm A report of someone prowling around a vacant house on Sherman Street was received. It turned out to be someone doing work on the house for the owner.

6:35pm A report of a suspicious person in the 900 block of South Highland Avenue was a man that had fallen down and EMS responded to assist.

6:50pm David Agin, 30, was arrested in the 500 block of South Highland Avenue on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

6:59pm Sandra Lopez, 47, was arrested in the 800 block of Prospect Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

7:52pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of his vehicle in the 900 block of Reid Street.

8:18pm A 9-1-1 hang up call in the area of Bucyrus Plaza was a child accidentally dialing the phone.

9:29pm A report of a suspicious vehicle around Carlisle House was investigated.

10:08pm A Bucyrus resident reported being bothered by a group of individuals in the 100 block of North Lane Street.

10:27pm A resident in the 700 block of West Warren Street reported being assaulted by someone he knows.

10:35pm A resident in the 400 block of North Walnut Street reported receiving threatening messages.

11:45pm Officers assisted a motorist locked out of their vehicle behind Kroger.

April 11

1:49am A traffic warning was given on East Mansfield Street at Stetzer Road.

2:05am A male was cited for driving under suspension in the area of East Mansfield Street and Highland Ave.

2:35am A traffic warning was given in the area of Kaler Avenue and West Southern Avenue.

2:56am Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious male walking in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Franklin Street.

3:42am Officers investigated a hit-skip accident to a parked vehicle in the 300 block of West Warren Street.

4:28am A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Kaler Avenue was unfounded.
